> 3 dayLove sous vide cooking: meats are so tender and, when entertaining, we can be flexible as to serving time. Bought this unit to replace a (more expensive) model from another manufacturer that, after modest use, had the clip break off. The new model looks much more sturdy. Maintains a precise temperature. Has full features including a wifi interface. All, at a very reasonable price.

> 3 dayThis device and app work amazing. It is as simple as put in the thing your cooking and activate the machine through the app and wait. I’ve used it 8 times in just a couple of weeks and it is perfect.

> 3 dayThe pork chop recipe from the book that came with the Sous Vide was the first thing we tried. After all if you can get pork chops to be juicy and tender then everything else will be good. And they were absolutely fabulous!!! This little machine is so easy to use. We have now cooked steaks and looking to do chicken next. I can not believe that we waited so long to get one. The food cooked in it is some the best I have ever eaten and the clean up is a breeze.

> 3 dayTool exceeded my expectations and phone application was easy to use to set temperature. You can also manually set the tool as well. In addition I found it to be quiet during operation.

Greater than one weekUsed it to sous vide some chicken and they turned out perfect. Initially the up/down buttons were a little tricky - I was pushing them, when in fact you just lightly tap them. Just what I was looking for and it works great.

> 3 dayThis is the 1st Sous Vide Machine I have owned and I have only sous vide 2 meals, but so far so good. Te product is built well with a sturdy clip. The display is easy to read and intuitive (to be honest I havent read the directions yet). The 1st meal I cooked was some Omaha steaks. I probably had the water temp a little high (my wife likes them more towards he medium side) for my liking, but the steaks were uniform in color and tender. The 2nd meal was pork tenderloin. I cooked for about 3hours and the pork was very tender. The only reason I marked Flavor as a 4 is becauseI think that has more to do with the seasoning than the sous vide machine

> 3 dayThis is the most amazing device we own. It is 1000% worth it. The best way to cook stakes specially if you’re picky like me and like your stakes more rare than medium you have to have it !

> 3 dayI’ve used this machine constantly since receiving it and the food comes out tasting incredible. We had a cheap cut of pork shoulder that I simply placed in a food storage bag alone with thyme, garlic with salt and pepper. I placed it in the SOUS vide for 20 hours at 175 degrees and it just falls apart with your fork. This machine is intuitive and I’ve not had one issue. Highly recommended!

> 3 dayThe sous vide and the app are extremely easy to use. I made dinner almost every night the 1st week just to keep trying new things. Hard boiling 30 eggs at once on Easter was amazing.

> 3 dayMy first time using sous vide cooking. So still trying to figure out how to use it properly on other dish. The setup was easy, the app connected to my wifi with no problem. We just had our first cook (Japanese hot spring egg) using this device and it turned out perfect and done the way we wanted all the way through. I like the display and the menu is easy to follow with the included instructions and it’s noiseless when in use. The water temp was accurately reflected in the display. Overall, a well made device with great price and definitely recommend this product. We are excited to get into the world of Souse Vide cooking. My favorite part about the whole process is that there is room for error as long as you get your food to temp, it wont over cook so you have a wider window of time to work with.
