    Thus Sous Vide is awesome! Temperature control is spot on and verified with my instant read thermometer. The temperature range is larger than my previous Sous Vide, which allows me to cook steaks at rare and then sear on a hot grill. This unit is also quieter than my previous unit.Super quick shipping and a great price.

    When I recently decided to go on a carnivore diet my friend who is a chef encouraged me to get a sous vide. He told me to get something quality as well and recommended this one. It has been phenomenal. The prep time and cooking time for steak has gone from 30 to 45 minutes down to about 10 minutes total. Every time it is perfect and I have peace of mind that I can leave my house and check on the temperature and time with the app. It has turned cooking meat from an involved process, to one of the easiest meals. Another great thing is it cooks steaks evenly even if they’re very thick (the chuck steak in the picture was about 2.5 inches thick). I’m so happy with it, considering getting my parents one as well.

    For this machines maiden voyage, we cooked a 2 1/2 pound tri-tip at 134.5° for 2 1/2 hours. Followed by a quick sear on the grill. It turned out delicious. The meat was pink on the inside, tender, and juicy. I have not used the Wi-Fi feature. The machine is slightly larger than the famous name brand. I think it has a stronger motor at a lower price. Keeps the water hot and circulating.

    I use my sous vide in partnership with my chamber vacuum sealer to produce long-tern storage food items (retort). This sous vide unit is easy to use and clean-up is an absolute breeze...and I can store it right on my countertop awaiting its next use. After sous videing, I place food into retort packages (sometimes making full meals first, and then retorting) and send them thru my chamber vacuum sealer...which then gets pressure-cooked and shelfed for 20-25yrs. These are basically meals-ready-to-eat as they are precooked, and not dehydrated. So, just heat eat or eat cold.

    This product is amazing I have used it twice and both times our steak have come out this best. The first time I purchased the steak and it was fresh the second time I had frosen a steak and it came out the same. I would recommend this for anyone who likes their food cooked to perfection.

    Used it to sous vide some chicken and they turned out perfect. Initially the up/down buttons were a little tricky - I was pushing them, when in fact you just lightly tap them. Just what I was looking for and it works great.

    Used for cooking steaks. Took some getting use to but worked great as advertised. Ive used it multiple times with great results. I sear the steaks on a grill or in a pan for a few minutes.

    This is a must have for anyone that enjoys cooking. It’s simple to use and worked exactly as stated. Not to mention it doesn’t take up much room in the kitchen. Our first Sous Vide meal was simple and fabulous. The ribeyes we made came out a perfect medium rare. If you’re on the fence about buying one, this would be a great one to start with.

    We have used these machines for many years. When our old one died, we bought this one as a replacement. The Wi-Fi/App Feature is great and easy to setup, and the machine is quiet and cooks perfectly every time. Highly recommended!
