Cooking some of the best steaks ever with this thing. I just season the steak, throw it in a ziplock bag and forget about it for a hour or two. When I come back, I throw a sear on the steak with a cast iron pan, and boom. Perfect medium-rare steak from edge to edge. I also used it to perfectly cook a prime rib roast and it made the whole process very easy. Left the roast alone for 6 hours, seared it at the end, and the whole family loved it. This thing is easy to use with the app, and the wi-fi feature is pretty cool because I can throw food in ice water if Im going to be gone and start it remotely a couple hours before I head home. Sous Vide is quickly becoming my favorite way to cook, and this machine works well. Ive tried old Anova machines in the past, and been pretty unsatisfied with how long it takes to heat the water, but this one is much faster. Good deal for the price.

Great display screen that can easily be read. Press and hold the buttons for incremental temperature and cooking time changes. Holds temp well and no issues at all.

Tool exceeded my expectations and phone application was easy to use to set temperature. You can also manually set the tool as well. In addition I found it to be quiet during operation.

This is my second sous vide machine. I like this machine better than my first sous vide (which is about 5 years old) because the unit clips on to your container as opposed to a screw on type. It also has an app that you can download and control unit with your phone. Very easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

The Sous Vide exceeded expectations. I have bought many sous vides in the past for a much higher price and this one is the same or even better. I like that this machine has wifi connectivity and an app that lets you control the temperature and cooking time through your mobile device. Overall, i highly recommend this product.

This is a must have for anyone that enjoys cooking. It’s simple to use and worked exactly as stated. Not to mention it doesn’t take up much room in the kitchen. Our first Sous Vide meal was simple and fabulous. The ribeyes we made came out a perfect medium rare. If you’re on the fence about buying one, this would be a great one to start with.

I love being able to prepare the food ahead of time and set a temperature and let it go for a few hours and know it’s going to be cooked perfectly when I’m ready to eat. The only problem I have at times is getting connect to my internet but I believe it is due to my kind of service.

We are on our second (and larger) Sous Vide machine. Use it at least weekly to cook steak and just grill if off when we get home from Happy Hour
