    Used it three times. The first worked like a charm cooked chicken perfectly. The last two times it kept going off with E3 error message. Followed instructions but no luck, it would work for 10 minutes or so then shut down. Not sure what else I can do except contact seller which I think I shall do.! Okay an update…talk about “turning lemons into lemonade” this is the perfect example. After posting the above review Ashely promptly contacted me with a few suggestions, none of which worked. Once she knew all had failed she promptly offered a refund or a new sous vide. Hands down, a new sous vide! Which once received was put into action and performed perfectly. Needless to say, happy as all get out. It’s rare that the situation turns out so well which, in this case is a testament to the seller rather than the product! But both performed well. They have my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommendation. Mahalo plenty

    I use my sous vide in partnership with my chamber vacuum sealer to produce long-tern storage food items (retort). This sous vide unit is easy to use and clean-up is an absolute breeze...and I can store it right on my countertop awaiting its next use. After sous videing, I place food into retort packages (sometimes making full meals first, and then retorting) and send them thru my chamber vacuum sealer...which then gets pressure-cooked and shelfed for 20-25yrs. These are basically meals-ready-to-eat as they are precooked, and not dehydrated. So, just heat eat or eat cold.

    Cant overcook with the Sous Vide! Rapid heating with little to do other than expect dinner to be perfectly cooked every time. Have not been able to connect to Bluetooth yet but still trying

    I found myself intimidated to try sous vide cooking. With encouragement from a friend I found this affordable sous vide at Amazon not only was it affordable, but it works like a charm. Meats and chicken can go from the freezer directly into the sous vide to be cooked to perfection. Once it is at the proper temperature, no need to rush to the table as it can be kept in the water until you choose to eat. Amazing yeah!

    I cooked a 3 1/2 pound pork loin at 140° for 3 hours. It turned out delicious. The meat was pink on the inside tender and juicy. The app works great and easy to keep on eye on it. Definitely happy to have this in my kitchen!

    Used it to sous vide some chicken and they turned out perfect. Initially the up/down buttons were a little tricky - I was pushing them, when in fact you just lightly tap them. Just what I was looking for and it works great.
