Southwire Surge Guard 44270 Entry Level Portable Surge Protector - 50 Amp

I just noticed the other day that the lights weren’t all green. According to the unit it was something wrong with the power. I am at a seasonal camping spot (the same one) for the past 2 years. The electrical box has been the same. When the lights were off I asked the campground to send an electrician. The electrician came out and verified that the power is fine at the box. I guess they are only good for 2 years...,

Works good.

Had a problem but the company replaced it.

JUNK. Went through a rain storm...NOT LIGHTING...just rain and due to mositure build up does not work. Spend a little more and get a better one!

So far so good, havent been hit by lightning yet , well see then I guess

pilot lights are too dim. disconnection rings good

This was pirchased to protect our RV. It came well recommended. I guess you only know for sure when it does NOT work. So far, so good. Were happy.

This unit has destroyed more than one unit. It does NOT do anything for a dropped leg other than set lights. Worse than that I know of two that showed no dropped leg yet the leg was dropped and another where the unit was causing the dropped leg. Garbage 100% Garbage.
