After getting a PS5 using my older PS4 Pro in my bedroom was becoming quite annoying. It seemed like it was frozen half the time waiting for menus to load. After sliding this in and downloading the OS my PS4 was at least 10xs faster. Now I find myself firing it up way more often. For anything that has a hdd this upgrade is a must and the price of this SSD makes it a no brainer.

I am trying this out in one of my older laptops. Very affordable and practical. It is 2 to in size which replaced my spinningv2tb drive with it. If the quality is good I will replace others with it as well.

I got one of the silicone ssd drives a couple of years ago. Find it to be fast and zero problems. So when the 1TB hit the current price point I decided it was time to replace the boot drive on the rest of my PCs.

I have a number of these drives and they are great value for money. Their speeds have always been reliable and consistent. This is the first SP drive I have bought that has had issues. My write speeds drop through the floor sporadically and I am unable to use this drive for its intended purpose. I will be returning for a reissue.

I put the SSD into my Xbox 360. The drive fits into the plastic case that then attaches to the side of the console. I installed a reset glitch hack onto this console a while back. So now I have more storage and everything loads very fast. Makes absolutely no noise. The disc drives on these old consoles are going bad more and more over time so Im happy that I can backup my game discs onto the SSD. I just wanted to post this review for anybody wondering if the SSD will work in an RGH. It does. You just put it in and go to the dashboard and hit format. My console is a 2009 jasper. You dont really need an SSD for the 360 but the price was good. Photo is the drive showing up on aurora dashboard. If you dont have an RGH/JTAG you need to use the Microsoft brand drives.

Use this Silicon Power SSD as a NAS back up drive even though I know it it not designed for NAS storage. But with the price this low I prefer the Silicon Power SSD over a mechanical drive. Anyway, the Silicon Power SSD and the NAS has been on 24 7 non stop for three months straight and the SSD has been working fine and there is 99% life remaining as it is shown on the drive analysis after three months of non stop usage. Overall good SSD, recommended.
