Great gate latch! Using 3 now and plan on getting more.

Weve got 5 donkeys. Theyre mischievous little b@stards. I mean downright ornery. Anyway, the little one, Pedro (check him out on facebook/pedroandco) is the smart one and figured out how to get the chained closed gate opened. So, I set a new post and installed this. Sorry Pedro, Im not sorry. Gotta supervise that ass when hijinks ensue, cant have em getting out and this latch does just that.

Very sturdy and makes opening and closing the gate a breeze. One hand operation. Easy to install.

I wish I had allowed wider gaps between posts and gate to allow the installation of this item on other gates that I had built. . When building, allow the required space for the latch. ESPECIALLY on gates you use often. Sturdy enough to withstand my re-engineering of it... to fit a square pipe gate.

This is just what we needed. Easy one handed operation. Solidly built. Lockable. I have two, and will buy more when I expand the fences.

Used for my gate and metal pole. Had to go by homedepot to get the hardware and drill some holes in it but it worked. Will weld it up next weekend to make sure cows cant push open.

These click into place easily to keep your horses contained and swing to close with my cumbersome chains
