> 3 daythis is an awesome tool for carving, the blades are really sharp and I’ve very rarely had a problem with them getting stuck and when they do they come out with a little wiggle! i use them for carving my little stamps but I don’t think this would be good for woodwork or really anything that’s not soft like rubber. if your nub gets stuck inside you can easily unscrew the whole ball mechanism and it will come right out, felt like I needed to write this review because there was so many negative reviews but I love it! I almost didn’t order because of the reviews but I’ve been using it for a good two weeks now and never really got frustrated with it at all. The nibs are sharp and i have cut myself with them but thats 99% my fault as i am a clumsy ditz so dont gift it to children (or klutzy adults) :p

> 3 dayAn amazing tool made by a wonderful company. Slightly more expensive than the horrible tool you get from hobby lobby, but endlessly better.

> 3 dayUseful tool only problem was the tips arent always held tight enough causing them to slip/get stuck.

> 3 dayIve used these before to actually cut linoleum so I already knew that they worked great for that. I actually bought this particular one because Amazon suggested it for pumpkin carving. I was a little skeptical, but it totally won me over. It makes that middle gradation where the light shines through the pumpkin beyond easy. It did go out of my way to scrape it pretty thin from the back for optimum brightness, but it was super fast.

> 3 dayAfter reading some of the reviews, I inticipated this cutter set to not work that great. But, all the pieces came totally straight and quite sharp, as compared to my similar but no-brand set purchased at an art supply store. For how cheap it is, I cannot complain. Note that Ive only tested this on the softer pink style rubber blocks, not actual linoleum up until this point. But the tools are way sharper than my other kit, which did okay with linoleum.

18-11-2024I wanted to try out making stamps and this worked out well. I appreciated the variety in carving tip sizes as it allowed both to get small details carved out but also large areas.

18-11-2024Some tips are duller than others, and also the tips got stuck in the slot quite often. Its alright though.

> 3 dayI used this in college in my printmaking class. They are a great beginner tool and can do a lot. I have re-purchased this multiple times... I keep loosing them. I also have bought a few as gifts for friends to try out printmaking.
