    My Chiropractor suggested SP Calcium Lactate a few years ago and it has helped alleviate years of back pain/if not eliminate. I have been taking with water 3x day. Did not know about chewing/esp before bedtime which Several reviews have commented that it helps with sleep or lack thereof; and waking with pain 2-3 times at night. Starting that routine tonight. Only reason I gave only 4 stars is the constant price fluctuation -all over the place, it is up to approx. $90 for 800 count. This I cannot afford. I usually get for $42 and will hold out until it is a fair price again. I am pretty sure I can get s better price at my Chiro. I definitely recommend this product. I know some lie in reviews ( in news lately) but I feel Amazon is honest and monitors it.

    I have always had good results from SP products. They are packaged and ship well. But they always produce results. My chiropractor recommended calcium lactate for muscle aches and stiffness in our hips during and after long walks and hiking. We take it daily and have only a little, if any, discomfort anymore. I trust SP products because they are standardized products. Hard to find with supplements/vitamins/herbs.
