> 24 hourInstalled this at the top of our linen closet. Was able to go into the studs with four large screws and placed this on top. Ive added a power strip, 16 port switch, 24 keystone patch panel, and a shelf with a smaller poe switch and router. Does not appear to have any issues holding up the weight and the crossbar on the top of the unit helps the rigidity of the unit. Please note that the crossbar will also prevent you from installing things like a power strip or anything that needs clearance on top as there is a portion of the crossbar that comes down into that top 1U space. Overall, satisfied with my purchase. I didnt ground the unit as everything that Ive plugged into the power source is being grounded. Will update as needed.

> 24 hourI was looking for a small rack to mount my keystone panel and rackmount switch and to allow for future expansion of my home network without buying a bigger rack. This rack from StarTech proved to be a great solution. It comes with holes and hardware to wall-mount this item but also a bag full of cage nuts and screws to rackmount plenty of network equipment. I was originally gonna give this item 5 stars but I decided to dock a star for not supporting rackmount cases. I planned on installing a 2U rackmount case into this rack for a computer that will function as an NVR for a future surveillance system, but this rack isnt deep enough. Otherwise, you cant go wrong with this 12U rack from a great company.

> 24 hourIn case you cannot tell by the picture there are two of these racks. One on each side under the speakers. You just cannot get this kind of quality any cheaper. I could have easily stacked the two, thrown some shelving material around them and had a fantastic looking sidecar for &120. They are extremely modular and come in different sizes depending on your needs. I not only would buy these again I am going to buy some more to keep for future projects.

> 24 hourDecent quality, good value but doesnt include necessary hardware to fill the 6u. Only includes half the hardware needed to be able to fill rack.

> 24 hourThis panel is exactly what I needed in my home server room to organize all of my data lines. I also bought a number of inserts for the panel box and everything fit perfectly. Very pleased with the purchase.

> 24 hourThe physical description online is exactly what I received. I put in a patch panel, network switch, UPS battery back up, surge protectors to make a small network tidy and functional. I couldt ask for more. Very sturdy rack.

> 24 hourI recently migrated my home network into a more manageable wired network and wanted to be able to convert a junk coat closet into a network closet. The rack I had already purchased was way too small (4u, 6in deep) and cost twice as much. I ordered and received this rack the next day and had everything mounted in a few minutes. The rack only came with 12 screws/cage nuts, but I can deal with that until I can get some more. Otherwise, the 6u rack is durable and perfect for what I intended.

> 24 hourI was expecting a fairly flimsy frame that would only be stiffened by the racks bolted on. Nope. Very well made My only complaint was the screw holes (the larger pass through part) was smaller than the screws. I ended up grinding the screw heads down to fit through the holes to avoid having to hold the well made and heavy frame to the wall while screwing into the wall. Still, well made and happy with my purchase.

> 24 houreasy to mount, make sure your power cord is a 90 degree end as there isnt much room behind when a switch is mounted in rack.
