> 3 dayArrived in great condition. Solid, well made rack that is holding UDM Pro, 24 port switch, 1U shelf, and patch panel perfectly using rack studs. Would buy again.

> 3 dayeasy to mount, make sure your power cord is a 90 degree end as there isnt much room behind when a switch is mounted in rack.

17-11-2024Well made and easy to install. They include a paper template but...just hold it up to the wall and mark. It includes holes 16 OC, so perfect for 2x4 construction if you have flexibility in your placement to align with the studs. If not, there arent extra holes like most TV mounts which is disappointing. You can always drill through the back. Includes square bracket nuts and matching screws, but not for all 8U positions. I think 6 were included which is more than sufficient for my needs and you can always buy more. The bar going across the top blocks the midpoint of the top 1U. Not a big deal if youre putting a patch panel there. You can also move it to the bottom (dont flip the rack or the ground attach point will be on top).

> 3 daySo the material is pretty sturdy like most people have said but not sure it was mentioned anywhere it only comes with 12 screws for a 6u case so unless your mounting things that only require one screw per side you will come up 12 screws short so pick up some M6 cabinet hardware. Also there is a cross bar in the top of the shelf so the top 1u is best used for a patch panel of something super small.

> 3 dayThis is a great quality network rack. Very sturdy and has a cross-brace on the top. It comes with all things needed (bolts and nuts for the equipment). I bought a bottom shelf (https://amzn.to/3lOC2sN) so I could put non rack-mountable equipment in there as well. I thought a 6u would be plenty, but should have bought an 8u because I didnt realize how much stuff I would put in there. Overall very happy with my purchase and looking at purchasing another one here soon.

Greater than one weekRecent versions of this have the holes 16-inches on center for stud-mounting and it makes a difference. Extremely sturdy for my shallow depth networking equipment.

> 3 dayI was looking for a small rack to mount my keystone panel and rackmount switch and to allow for future expansion of my home network without buying a bigger rack. This rack from StarTech proved to be a great solution. It comes with holes and hardware to wall-mount this item but also a bag full of cage nuts and screws to rackmount plenty of network equipment. I was originally gonna give this item 5 stars but I decided to dock a star for not supporting rackmount cases. I planned on installing a 2U rackmount case into this rack for a computer that will function as an NVR for a future surveillance system, but this rack isnt deep enough. Otherwise, you cant go wrong with this 12U rack from a great company.

> 3 dayAssuming you mounted it properly to studs, this thing is incredibly sturdy. Should be able to support any equipment no problem.
