Greater than one weekOne of the best things Ive purchased! You avoid waste (of plastic wrap) by putting your plate or container right to the dispenser wall, pull out the plastic wrap to the edge of the opposite side of your plate or container, flip down dispensers lid to cut the plastic wrap, and the plastic covers your plate without folds and fidgeting on your part to straighten the folds, then you just tuck in the plastic around the sides of your plate. Prior to owning this, I could not imagine whats the big deal! Why would I need a dispenser when the plastic wrap comes with its own zipper-like cutting edge. Well, the first time I used it, I knew right away the convenience! You really dont want to be fidgeting with plastic wrap; you want a straightforward, clean, easy process. You hardly handle the plastic wrap because it just folds down on your plate or container and all you have to do is tuck it in. Its so worth the price and the premium real estate it occupies on the kitchen counter! I also like the quality and weight of the Stretch-lite plastic wrap itself and how much of it is in there that you wont have to reload until maybe a year or two.

> 3 dayThe Problem: we buy stretch-tite wrap in the 750 square foot rolls which should last a long time in a two person household that works hard to avoid left overs but this results in the roll far outlasting the box it came in. Consequently much wrap gets wasted because of damaged carton that was a poor design in the first place. The Solution: the Wrap N Snap 7500 Dispenser stores and dispenses the roll. It keeps the roll from wrapping back on itself after cutting, provides three points to grab the wrap and make a clean cut with a press of the lid. Easy to keep clean, has a latching lid and store in about the same space as the cardboard box. Can be wall mounted (I didnt) and the feet are difficult to install--there will be excess rubber you will want to cut out before even trying--youll know what I mean when you get it. The dispenser appears well made and durable but then again that crappy cardboard contraption did not set the bar very high. If it doesnt outlast the roll inside I will update the review and dock some stars. The Experience: over-wrap, under-wrap--it doesnt matter. Click the lid open, pull from the thumb-tabs and roll out what you need. Simple press of the lid cuts the wrap with it clinging to the edge of the dispenser until you pull it off. Easy to cover a plate or bowl. Equally easy to underwrap for a wellington or marinating loin. Minimal effort. Minimal waste. Maximum utility. P.S. I did not receive this product free or at a reduced price. I dont even know how you go about doing that.

> 3 dayHave you ever prepped a whole chicken for your air fryer, grill, rotisserie or oven? You take extra care in hygiene...you take special steps when cutting off the extra fat, drying the chicken with your favorite paper towels, salting the entire chicken with kosher salt (including the cavity) filling the cavity with your favorite herbs, garlic, lemon, rosemary, etc...then its time to wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate before adding your olive oil and favorite rubs; but, unfortunately, your plastic wrap doesnt have your gourmet expertise. It fights you (even though your gloved hands have followed all the rules). It is so unsanitary to have to touch its nasty, little box and struggle to find the amount you need to cover your masterpiece. Voila, along comes this amazing plastic wrap dispenser with the perfect solution to your problem. Pull, wrap once...pull, wrap twice and put your masterpiece in the frig to rest or allow you time for a nap! It keeps that jewel of a bird free from any odors (onions, leftovers, your prize-winning kimchi) and rests to await your favorite method of cooking that amazing meal. I recommend this amazing dispenser with no hesitation.

> 3 dayI really expected this to take up way too much space and just be a waste of plastic, but I changed my mind. It really works very well. It is too big to fit in the drawer with my aluminum foil, etc., but the top of the refrigerator is actually a really handy spot. Frankly, we got lazy about properly wrapping our food before, because it was just such a chore to get the box out, deal with how poorly it cut, and so on. But now its so easy to pull this dispenser down that all our unused food is still fresh the next day, making less food waste. Just make sure youve got the plastic wrap going over the roller and between the two guides (which have nice little scallops cut out for grabbing the sheet).

> 3 dayI’ve used a Stretch-Tite dispenser for years…when my last one finally gave out, I bought this one. It’s even more sturdy than it’s predecessor! Easy to load, easy to use. You CANNOT use foil in this unit, but they do make a unit just for foil. Both are highly recommended!

> 3 dayI just received mine, I tried a roll of glad plastic wrap that my wife bought at the local store and it worked with no issues. The roll was 300 ft and works great. I also tried some wax paper that wasn’t from the company that sells this product. Just make sure that the roll only 12 inches long and under 750 feet. It didn’t matter what brand I used it works, as long as I stayed with in the dimensions. This product isn’t like other products it doesn’t have guides that goes into the end of the role. I Just drops roll into the compartment and thread plastic wrap through and it works as it should.

> 3 dayWorks great. Saves me a lot of money on zip loc bags. I bake a lot of bread. When the loaves are large, I make large sandwiches. Regular baggies are never large enough, and many times not even quart size bags are enough. I have put sandwiches in gallon bags before, but thats wasteful, and embarassing. Using plastic wrap instead is ideal. I had a 750 sq ft roll plastic wrap I bought at Wal-Mart. The rolling cutter was so horrible (even when it was kept free of residue) that it was very frustrating to use the wrap. I got the Wrap n Snap dispenser based on the reviews and am so glad I did. It is a pleasure to use. Always chops the wrap in a straight line, never fails, and no frustration. The walmart roll had over an inch of tube sticking out either end and I had to trim off a good bit on either end (with a bread knife) and it worked fine, but from now on I will buy the Stretch-tite rolls at Costco.

> 3 daySeriously, didnt think much at first (device is a bit pricey), but in many ways, dropping a roll of plastic wrap in it and then using it, my normal frustrations with plastic wrap are definitely lessened. I now am wasting less wrap overall (which is a good thing, since its not a smashed up tangled mess from the cardboard). I keep this at hand, always because I measurecout all ingredients first before doing recipe anyways. And this works well for outdoor picnic or patio meals too

Greater than one weekIve been using this plastic wrap dispenser for about 3 months at the time of this review. It gets used daily and has held up beautifully to date. Ive always HATED using plastic cling wrap. If you make homemade bread two or three times a week like I do, you probably spend a great deal of time wrestling with plastic wrap and swearing all the while. This little gadget will fix that. It makes it so easy to keep the cling wrap from from folding over on itself until its completely unusable. Simply place the dispenser on the counter next to the container you need to cover, pull the wrap over the top and press down on the top of the dispenser to cut. Voila! Thats all there is to it! No more swearing! The same goes for wrapping loaves of bread; just pull some wrap out onto the counter, measure what you need to wrap the bread, press to cut, and the wrap stays flat on the counter! Easy peasy! And just when you think it couldnt get any better, it does! The product description says you have to buy some special, and Im sure expensive, cling wrap from the manufacturer. Not so. Ive refilled it several times with ordinary cling wrap from the grocery store and it works just fine. The longer rolls wont fit so you need to be mindful of that when youre shopping, but any brand will work with this handy device. I absolutely love this thing and highly recommend it!

Greater than one weekHow many times have you fought with the plastic wrap while trying to put away leftovers? How frustrating has this been for most of us? VERY frustrating is my answer. Didnt you ever dream of a machine that would solve the plastic wrap problems-ALL OF THEM? DREAM NO MORE! This has got to be one of, if not the best, non-powered kitchen appliances I have ever seen. Actually, this fits the description of MACHINE perfectly: an apparatus using or applying mechanical power and having several parts, each with a definite function and together performing a particular task. Whoever designed this product realized that something that needs to function in a specific way need not be complicated, nor does it need to be expensive. Add to this an instruction sheet that was so simple, even a caveman can do it. Took me the best part of 5 minutes to put my roll of Stretch-tite in the housing, set it up and begin dispensing. It took me this long because I ignored the most important instruction-the first sentence that says Beware the cutting blade hidden in the lid. It is very sharp and will cut easily or words to that effect. Thats exactly what happened. I could hear the JAWS music in the background and the machine saying See, I warned you! (Please see my pictures and commentary on the product page.) After the successful first aid treatment, it was ready to go. This machine is so simple and easy to use I almost didnt believe it. The RARE and COVETED FIVE STAR RATING. I highly recommend this product but need to add a few things. FIRST-follow all the instructions. It is supplied with two snap-on feet with non-slip material and is designed to be used on the counter or other flat surface. ONLY use the machine with Stretch-tite plastic wrap, and make sure youre feeding it from the back forward, not the other way around or it wont dispense properly. Trying to use it with any other wrap, aluminum foil, wax paper, etc. will simple ruin the cutting blade. DO NOT try to pickup the machine by the lid when it is opened or you will discover how sharp the cutting blade is. And lastly, dont overthink the instructions. I tend to think things are more complicated than they really are. This is EASY. With a little practice youll be off to the races in nothing flat. And remember, plastic wrap can be used for so many other things besides food. HAPPY WRAPPING!
