> 3 dayIm enjoying this stabilizer. Although its water soluble, it also tears away very easily. I mostly use it as a top floating piece due to the detail and depth of some of the embroidery designs I use. They are very detailed with lots of colors. This helps a lot. And it does wash out well too.

Greater than one weekI had never worked with a fabric stabilizer before, but I wanted to floss embroider names onto fleece blankets, and someone suggested getting a water soluble stabilizer. So what I did was type the name in the size and font that I wanted on Word, printed it out, laid the clear stabilizer over it, and traced the names with a plain old black marker. So easy to write on it, and I gave it a few seconds to dry and didnt have any smudges. After that, I laid the stabilizer on top of the fleece (the right-side out) so the stitches wouldnt sink and get lost in the fleece. I embroidered the names and little characters, washed it, and it turned out great! I am very pleased with this product, and there is so much of it. Great buy!

> 3 daythis light-weight stabilizer is great stuff, especially when paired with Sulky thread and embroidering on lighter material... what i like about this stabilizer is: - its water soluble - you can rip and tear the entire sheet off your work with no snipping! - its on a convenient roll - great for small workspaces

> 3 dayMy favorite water soluble stabilizer for fabric embroidery projects that are washable such as these little angel ornaments. It’s a quality product that’s easy to use yet is string enough for delicate machine embroidery.

> 3 daySulky always has great products. This one is a bit lighter weight than Im used to, but overall is an excellent product. Its great for light weight stabalizing and for free standing lace embroideries.

> 3 dayThe idea is good, but this material isnt quite as usable as it sounds. Pattern transfer and placement on the fabric works well. And the film dissolves very easily after work is finished, but this also makes the product useless in warm weather or higher humidity - The moment your fingers start to sweat a little or there is too much moisture in the air, the Solvy starts to disintegrate, so every time a needle is pushed through from below, it does not pass through the film, but pushes it up in a gooey, stretchy tent. Eventually the film rips and sticks to the needle in small globs. I guess, I will do my summer embroidery in the fridge...

> 3 dayUsed over fabric and stabilizer on high pile such as towels for machine embroidery. Prevents having to wash the item after sewing to remove, such as for a gift. Can be removed by tearing away.
