Works well, tabs are sticky, several functions, lots of options.

Tl;dr I dont recommend. Tape, like the kind you initially receive, very hard to find. Details Searching for Supvan e10 continuous tape refill, as of 3/30/2023, white seems impossible to find. They sell white in various label sizes, and a couple of colors in continuous. And, many varieties of designs (floral, cosmetics themed, etc).

I cant say enough about this compact printer, every function is so easy to use. They did a great design for a flawless printer and app. combination. Five Stars....

Rhe printer is awesome. You can print labels fast an easy. But replacement labels are $10 PER ROLL. IF you can find them.. the ad says to go to thier store... bit it never loads. And they say to search for labels on amazon. But Im not paying $10 a roll when other label machine sell for 6 rolls for $12. I returned it an got another label maker that actually came with 4 different label rolls. This one comes with 1 solid white. Sry. But lower your label prices or make the origional set come with more labels.

Chinese app required to print labels. It only works if you give all permissions to from your phone to them.

I used it once when I first received it. And then when I went to charge it wouldn’t charge. The red light comes on and then it turns off.

Was a little bit of a pain to set up but it finally connected with my bluetooth. The QR code in the book is wrong and doesnt work but the QR code on the little machine worked. Came with one roll of white labels. Very easy to use. Type the word make it as big or as little as needed, print and snip.

Overall the product works fine. It does seem to require proprietary printer tape which is cumbersome and irritating. The software (once I figured out how to download it) is somewhat intuitive. So why did I give this product an overall low rating? Let me answer that with a question: WHY the hell does the software need access to: Call logs, location data, photos/videos and basically the entirety of the contents of my phone? Oh and the software wont let the device print until it gets access (I tried). I literally just want the damn thing to print some labels for a few jam jars, so I have no idea why it needs my photo collection, birth certificate, colonoscopy results and list of my top 10 celebrity crushes to do that one job that seems like a fairly basic task: Turn digital text into sticky analog text.

The accessory it comes with is cat ears.... not a fan of those, but otherwise Im a big fan of the printer itself! Super easy to set up / print and very compact and lite

My gf is so organized you have no choice but to be. She loves it and she uses it all the time. She will use it even more when she starts teaching.
