Oh my, I wasnt expecting much from this little label maker. Love it. Easy to use. Print quality is every bit as good as a professional grade label maker. Hope its not too good to be true and it quits working before my return window closes! Meanwhile, Im a happy printing label for everything.

Difficult to download manual and app, minimal instructions and some of which are in Chinese (not English). App is difficult to use, especially not having instructions. To save templates, must login by using your phone number, but if theyre in China, I dont want to be paying long-distance prices or be spammed by spammers in China.

As said in title, works well...just hate using location; which is a common feature of most Bluetooth devices. I do recommend.

The app keeps reporting “End Of Paper” and will not rewind the paper with the double click feature. Very disappointed in product; however, the company offered me a refund for the label maker! Satisfied with that!!

Not a bad little printer! It is pretty clear & looks good on the tape provided. I’m hoping I can buy a longer tape to replace with but overall pretty happy with my purchase. Very easy to set up & operate!
