I never leave reviews but this thing was a huge game changer. Everything about it is easy to use and Im absolutely in love!

Product arrived and connected easily but the sensor was broken and it would not work. The phone number for support is out of country so we just returned it.

This device requires alot of permissions from your phone in order to operate. Why? Its only a label make made in china. Why would I give a label maker camera access and why does it have a user agreement? Needless to say its worthless if you dont accept it. DO NOT BUY THIS if you have security concerns.

For the life of me, i cannot get this thing to connect to my phone anymore. Support is terrible, dont waste your money.

This is great for the price! You download an app to use it and it is super easy to work. The prints come out great and you have a lot of options.

Love it. Its so cute and easy to use. Perfect to label kitchen items. If you are a crafter like me this is all that is needed to make small labels and easy to put away it takes up very little space.

It always takes a second when you have to download instructions bc I’m always wanting to get right to it but super easy to use and great for price and purpose

The label printer is very simple and easy to set up, operate and figure out how to set fonts etc

Doesn’t print— shoots out paper no ink on it. Looked too good to be true. It was. Cute. Small. Doesn’t work. Don’t trust brand so many fonts are Chinese or Japanese not even English. No thanks. Return.
