So far this label printer has been great. I needed something to print out labels to seal objects/envelopes when I was out and about. This little printer fits the bill. It connected to my iPhone quickly and easily. The labels print out clean and the quality is great. Took a little practice making sure the label was properly set up but so far so good. Showed it to my boss and she ordered some for the other staff. So much easier printing out labels with this printer than having to hand write them.

I recently reviewed this product and while I was happy with how it worked once I got it and the app added to my phone, there were some difficulties in getting it added to my phone so it could be used. Suffice it to say, just follow the instructions for what kind of phone you have and stay far away from the QR codes. This company did wonderful outreach and took the time to listen to what happened to my phone and bank account and then to show how much it upset them that this happened to me they reimbursed me the monies I spent to get the label maker.. It’s so nice when a company is compassionate like that. So enjoy and happy label making!

Oh my, I wasnt expecting much from this little label maker. Love it. Easy to use. Print quality is every bit as good as a professional grade label maker. Hope its not too good to be true and it quits working before my return window closes! Meanwhile, Im a happy printing label for everything.

Got this to easily print some labels. Nice little unit that connects to my iPhone and iPad. Works quite well so far.

Purchased because the reviews were ok. When it arrived it was brand new (never opened). After reading the instructions and charging the device for several hours it would not turn on. Instructions said 2 lights will come on and then you can pair your phone to the device. Only one light would turn on. Couldnt try to connect my phone because the device never turned on. Tried over the course of several days and charging it, never worked.
