For the life of me, i cannot get this thing to connect to my phone anymore. Support is terrible, dont waste your money.

I like the printer but the labels are terrible. I tried cleaning the exterior of the test tube with alcohol before adhering the label and they still lift after an hour. These do not stick to anything plastic and are moderately adhesive to paper. Not happy with this. I’ll try other tapes before returning.

Difficult to download manual and app, minimal instructions and some of which are in Chinese (not English). App is difficult to use, especially not having instructions. To save templates, must login by using your phone number, but if theyre in China, I dont want to be paying long-distance prices or be spammed by spammers in China.

The users manual is useless.

I absolutely LOVED this little label maker! I went nuts and labeled so much around my house and adored it. Then my label tape ran out. I thought, Have no fear! Back to Amazon to buy some replacements tape! but it turns out you cant buy continuous white tape like what comes with the printer. I am half way through a few projects but cant finish them because Id need to use blue, yellow or green tape since the white isnt sold as a continuous label. Im now looking at buying a different brand printer solely so that I can refill it with continuous white tape and finish my project. Im super disappointed.

Loving this tiny, portable label maker. Downloaded the app and connected to the devise so easily. Takes a minute to figure out which sizes work on the labels - but once I got it - it was so easy to whip out my entire Kitchen! Highly recommend. Lots of fonts to choose from and came with a full roll to get started. I was very happy about that. All in all - I would totally order it again!

Rhe printer is awesome. You can print labels fast an easy. But replacement labels are $10 PER ROLL. IF you can find them.. the ad says to go to thier store... bit it never loads. And they say to search for labels on amazon. But Im not paying $10 a roll when other label machine sell for 6 rolls for $12. I returned it an got another label maker that actually came with 4 different label rolls. This one comes with 1 solid white. Sry. But lower your label prices or make the origional set come with more labels.

Super easy to use. Does a great job. Watch your cuts because at times it can jam if you are getting it cut and pulled out enough. Easy fix. Connects great to my phone for the app. We use it to label supplies on the ambulance. It’s held up well.
