No matter how many times I tried, I could not get this label maker to print more than just a line of ink. After getting frustrated, I started the refund process but decided to request a replacement instead. A replacement was sent to me immediately (even before the first one was mailed back) and I could be more pleased. The first one was obviously defected and I am so happy with my new one. Customer service was top notch. Thank u so much!

I never give reviews even bad ones but this product is a total flop. The directions are vague right out of the box it never worked, and I can’t seem to find a way to troubleshoot it. It wont charge and it wont turn on. Don’t waste your money!!

at first i was a little intimidated, but as soon as i started and downloaded the app I was very happy to try printing my labels. I am using it to classify our church library and am very pleased with this product.

Ease of use.

Super easy to use. Does a great job. Watch your cuts because at times it can jam if you are getting it cut and pulled out enough. Easy fix. Connects great to my phone for the app. We use it to label supplies on the ambulance. It’s held up well.

Tried multiple times scanning the QR code to download app. Would not work. Tried searching in Google play nothing. Sent back immediately

I love this product. I use this to label glass/plastic/metal jars, wires. Easy to setup and connect from phone app. Print clearly and stick to any surface I used so far. Not sure how long this will last. So far, I don’t see any thing bad.

Easy to hold, set up, and use portable label maker. Various font styles and sizes easily accessed threw a download App provided with printer. I loved it so much I bought a 2nd for the office.

it would not work! we followed all of the directions but nothing worked! sadly we wasted our money :(

Perfect for moving! My parents just moved into a new house and after I got them this they immediately labeled light switches, totes, etc. they love it and have no issues!
