Perfect, exactly what I needed to put labels on my shelves. I went crazy labeling everything. Very easy to speak your words into the app on your phone and then it prints right off your little machine and Bluetooth.

I received a defective product. It turns on but doesn’t link to phone. Doesn’t print. Doesn’t turn off. Side button doesn’t do what manual says it should. Didn’t open till it was too late and I miss the return window.

Bought this for some simple labeling. I got it to work one time for a couple of labels. Now, it won’t print. The gears don’t feed the printer tape. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting offered. Too bad I’m outside my return window. This thing is awful. Beware!!!

Couldnt get it to work at all. Kept saying it was out of label paper, when it was brand new and full. Tried trouble shooting and website recommendations to correct the error. Nothing worked.

When it works, it was great! However only after a few uses, the app just suddenly not able to connect to to the printer. Now it is useless!!

I received my product quickly. I downloaded the app. It was easy to sinc up with my printer. I have been making labels ever since with different fonts available.

Works great! I love the Bluetooth feature so we can change the font and everything from our phone.

I would like the tape that the packing label said was included with the labeler. That lowered my review score. Otherwise, its light and small and the software (although a bit klunky) worked.
