> 3 dayThe app is totally garbage. It wouldnt function on my Pixel 5 because I am running dark mode. How crazy is that! I have to turn dark mode off every time I want to use the app. Ended up just pairing it to a tablet instead. Printer itself seems to work well. Although the labels are smaller than I thought it would be.

Wish I had just ordered the Brother one. I may have to yet, and just write this off to a bad investment.

11-06-2025I truly do not understand why this product has such high reviews.. The product is great, sleek, good looking and solid feeling. However, you must use a terrible app that requires permission to EVERYTHING on your phone. The app can even make phone calls on your behalf without your knowledge... Im returning the product due to its app, not the product, USER BEWARE. Read your user agreement before you mindlessly press accept terms

I still couldnt connect to the Internet, so scanning the QR code in the manual was incorrect. I downloaded another app, which should be Search supvan directly in the app to use it correctly, thank the seller for fast delivery, very easy to use and great value
