> 3 dayI used these in conjunction with a solar panel and battery to light my shed. Brighter than I was expecting. I was a little rough with the install and Im not a very good solderer. I cut back some of the waterproofing to solder power in at various points to make two three-way switches work at each end of the shed.

> 3 dayThese lights are well with the money. They are easy to work with and the silicone coating really makes it nice. My only complaint is that the adhesive isnt all that great, but thats easy to overcome with a little hot glue. I work at a bar and leave the lights on the entire time 4-6 hour at a time.

> 3 dayWorks great indoors but outdoors did not stick well to vynil porch railings, wood trim or decking. Quickly peeled as soon as it rained. I was very happy with the product for indoor use though.

> 3 daySo I recently purchased a roll of these LEDs, as well as the Cool White 12V version. My project was to wire my new Matco Service Cart with blue LEDs underneath and white LEDs under the lid, wired to a magnetic switch on the N/O circuit. You open the lid, the magnets come apart, circuit closes, and the lights turn on. Close the lid, bye bye lights. Got all the wiring cut and crimped and tucked away nice and neat, and then attached the LEDs to their positions after wiping the surfaces down with mild soap, then water, then dry wipe. Whites have been up inside the lid since I put them there, not a single issue, but the blue... Well, they were all over the floor the morning after first install. I ran over half the strip with my carts wheel before I noticed, destroying a large portion of them. Cut a new line from the remainder of the roll, and encountered the same thing later in the day... blue LEDs drooping and coming off the cart. Ill probably order another roll and just see if I got some poor glue in a batch, or what the case may be. Aside from that issue, the lights seem real sturdy, plenty flexible, certainly bright enough and they throw a nice indirect glow. Wiring them into their little connectors is troublesome, so I ended up soldering leads together when I had to, simpler that way for me. All in all, Id recommend em if youre looking for some kind of lighty project.

> 3 dayI was skeptical at first how well the adhesive would stick but it actually done really well. I ended up buying 2 of the 16’ strips to go down each side of my 17’ Dominator Fishing boat and ended up having extra to go under my storage area and my dash. It has a cut line on it so you can cut off the excess off one end and you can just cut the adaptor plug off and strip back the wires and reuse. I ended up also purchasing the lighted rocker switch on here as well and it was a perfect combination! Really digging these lights on the boat. Looks like it was made to go where I installed. The width was around a 1/4” so it tucked perfectly under the lip on both sides of the boat. So far I’m digging it. I actually ordered my buddy some. After he saw it, he had to have it too! If I have some issues on it coming off I will update my review. For now all seems fine! Hope this helps someone.

> 3 dayThese are a very good deal, and I was able to connect them to 12V 1-amp converter (for 120V) that I had around the house. Unfortunately they are not the warm white 2700K advertised, and I would guess they are somewhere in the mid-3500K (cool white) range. They are quite bright for LEDs which will be useful for some applications, but in my case - for hidden cabinet lighting - they are a bit too bright given that they are cool white and not warm white. They installed easily, and it was simple to cut them to length. The adhesive backing works reasonably well, although it actually was peeling away from the light strip in some places even as I applied it. UPDATED: I figured out a quick-fix for overly bright cool-white light strips like these. Get some yellow-ochre oil paint. It takes about 5 minutes to dap a bit on each LED for the entire strip, and for under cabinet lighting (hidden) it works very well. I am attaching a before and after for just one bay of a cabinet where we wanted warm-white lighting, and the light from these cool-white LED strips was too harsh. In some cases we decided we needed a second coat, so dont worry about blocking the light - the paint can be wiped off or added to get the right tone.

> 3 day***Update*** Still have issues with adhesive but I used a staple gun and made my own improvements. The lights themselves work great and look awesome. I received my package last week and I ordered the power source separately so I had to wait for that before I set the lights up. I set up my lights early evening yesterday and this morning I came downstairs and they were already drooping. I would’ve given it a higher rating if they adhesive worked better, as they looked great when I first set them up.
