VERY QUICK SERVICE AND THE UNIT IS VERY USEFULL.

The setup is straightforward, there are pictures and wiring diagrams for the various way you can setup your doors and readers. We needed to know how to have 2 readers operate one door (reader on the inside and reader out the outside). The vendor sent back a picture already made of how to do it, and a link to the diodes needed to be wired into the lines. I got those and wired them in and everything works now. The software is a bit difficult to use at times, and it does a lot that we have no need for (time tracking by using door entry and exit and such). But the whole system works great and is a lot cheaper than the system we had in our old office. We got a glass door attachment as well for the lock and it worked with this system fine. We were even able to use the door striker locks that already existed on the doors, which saved a lot of time. A+ for the help that BRs/Wood Chen gave me in the 2 readers 1 door question.

I purchased this product for a manufacturing facility. After delays (internal) in getting installed and operating, achieved that in the last couple weeks. Had to contact customer service on a couple occasions, but Chen was quick and informative on responding with the information needed. Ended up purchasing a 2 Door system as well, which we have running concurrently with the 4 door. Very happy with the product and support! System is operating as described and what our needs were.

Tested for 30 days now with no problems

Received system quickly and was able to get it installed. Contacted Tech support and received quick replies and was able to resolve a programming issue.

I ordered my system not realizing it was RFID and I needed HID. They were very understanding and got me what I needed to make it HID at a very reasonable cost. Great to work with on every question I had. Our maintenace department to 6 moths to install everything do to plant breakdowns and I ended up missplacing my installation CD and had not seen it in months, they helped me with links for everything I needed.

The system is great. Customer service is amazing. Had a lot of questions that were instantly answered.

System was easy to install, easy to program using downloaded pdf manual, and technical support responded uickly and very helpful. I will recommend this product to friends.

Picked up two of these systems to replace an old 8 door controller installed by ADT back in 2003 for my company. Needed to change out some of the locks (couldnt use the ones provided as they didnt fit), and all the card readers with the ones that were provided, outside of that, everything works very well. Positives: + Easy to install + Easy to manage + Comes with a lot of cards/key chains + Comes with most everything needed to install + Software is easy-ish to use + Support is very good Cons - Cannot set access times in the system without having a special password - Some of the software isnt translated - Some of the software isnt explained as to what it does - Cannot update multiple peoples access at the same time (least not that I can find) Ive only had the system installed for a week now, so still playing around with it, but everything seems good.
