> 24 hourWe have 4 of these umbrellas - one for each family member. We love that they stand on their own to dry off. Also love that the wet part is on the inside! One of our umbrellas recently broke. I contacted the company and they responded right away. I explained what was broken and sent a few photos. They apologized for the inconvenience (I mean it’s ok - this happens) and have shipped a replacement at no charge. Stand up company!

> 24 hourI expected a bright, primary red on the inside—like in the photo. It was a dull kind of dark burgundy, instead. The red on the inside was the main reason I ordered it. It came quickly, and it seems really good in every other way. It just wasn’t for me. They were kind enough to take it back. Thanks so much.

> 24 hourI got this one for my car, so I like that it has a nylon sleeve to keep it clean, and a long carrying strap if youre carrying it to an event. The brand Better Brella is still my too favorite, but for carrying ease, this one is really good too.

> 24 hourHave not had the opportunity to use the umbrella on a super windy day yet to test out the durability of this products design of being made to handle winds without breaking. It is however quite a decent size for an umbrella and I do love the galaxy print on the inside.

> 24 hourMaterial is durable and the way it closes is a great idea. I’m buying one for my daughter and myself, too.

> 24 hourThis is a sturdy and beautiful umbrella. It keeps the water from dripping on floors when you come in the rain too! I always receive compliments on it.

> 24 hourBroke on my first use. I do like the idea of it reversing, it feels light, and the handle is comfortable. But it also felt cheap and wobbly when moving around. (Walking) I used it on a day with some showers and the handle broke free from the shaft. My guess is the glue didn’t set properly when attached. I was originally going to replace it when I realized it is a bit small for my needs. It did stop rain but it only covered my head and the arm holding it. This would work as a backup umbrella to keep in the car, but I’ll be returning this and moving up to a stick or golf umbrella.
