The quality of the product can be felt and seen on first inspection. It’s fairly large as well, at least 2 - 3 slim build individuals can fit underneath it.

This is a sturdy and beautiful umbrella. It keeps the water from dripping on floors when you come in the rain too! I always receive compliments on it.

Umbrella is nice, I like the handle alot(didnt think I would). Im pretty sure the quality is bad. The button for opening and closing seems difficult to lock in place. It also seems like one side of the umbrella struggles to open up.

This is sturdy, and lightweight...and freakin huge. It is easily big enough for you to share with a loved one...or a complete stranger(I wont judge). The inside is beautiful and my wife fell in love with it. Uses it all the time. In fact, when I got it for her it was not raining and she kept looking at it in the corner saying I sure hope it rains soon so I can use that. It is a great gift.

This is a great product, but the whole LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE equals no guarantee! Ive owned this umbrella for almost two years now with no issues. However, one of the metal tips that secure the double canopy in place recently snapped. Im not sure how the damage occurred, but now the bottom layer of the canopy is hanging loose. I dont believe the product is defective. This is likely something caused by human error. My issue is not with the umbrella, but with customer service. I reached out to them inquiring about repair services, and to my surprise, they responded within 24 hours. Their response was, Thank you for reaching out! At this time, we do not offer repair services. However, in regards to our Replacement Guarantee, if anything happens to your product simply reach out to us thru this email providing your Order Number and state the issue. From there, we will send you a replacement product free of charge (with no return required). I replied the following day, but I never heard back! I followed up eight days later requesting a status update, only to be ignored. Eight more days later, I still have not received a response or a replacement! Honestly, if I didnt qualify for a replacement, I wouldve been fine. But some professional courtesy wouldve been nice! As much as I love this umbrella, this whole ordeal left a terrible taste in my mouth. So much so that I find it difficult paying for a replacement, something that I wouldve gladly done before being neglected.

This umbrella is pretty innovative. I like the way it folds down and stands on its own keeping the run off to a minimum. Its compact and lightweight making it easy to carry. It comes with a sleeve like carrying case you can sling on your shoulder or on your back, (think samurai sword). I have only used it a few times and never on a really windy days. I cannot address how well it will do on windy rainy weather. So far the umbrella has worked well and it appears to be well made. I like this umbrella so much Im going to be gifting it to my daughters and maybe even my son.
