> 3 dayThere is a velcro strap that holds the material tight when it is stowed. On a regular umbrella, this is on top of the umbrella when in use. But on a reverse umbrella, it dangles down while using the umbrella. This would not be a problem if it was in the rear of the umbrella, but the grip of the handle makes you hold it in one direction, and so the strap is dangling in front of your face. Very distracting and not a good look if youre meeting someone. You could tie it up each time you use the umbrella, but that takes two hands making the umbrella very un-handy. Im going to try removing it and sewing it on the back of the umbrella, but I have doubts about this since the underside of the umbrella seems like a more fragile material than the top. Speaking of which, because this underside material is on the outside when folded because of the reverse-umbrella design, I worry about it tearing when I am carrying the umbrella folded up. Repel should fix this design with the strap in front.

> 3 dayI loved this umbrella so much I gave two as gifts. While using my umbrella one of the fiberglass ribs twisted and broke. I checked the website and found that it is guaranteed for life! So I contacted their customer service and explained what happened. They responded immediately and informed me they would ship a replacement umbrella. In less than a day the matter was resolved and new umbrella had been shipped!

> 3 dayGreat umbrella. Stands up to wind and lots of rain while walking the dog. I dont get wet anymore, the way I did with my travel umbrellas. There are two minor things to complain about, though. One, the way it collapses (inside as opposed to outside) means its hard for the water to dry. I often have to open it up to fully dry the material so it does not get moldy. Two, the velcro strap hangs down in the front of my face with the umbrella open. The handle has grips for your fingers so its kind of a design flaw the way it hangs down. But overall very happy.

Greater than one weekThis is truly a solid umbrella. I live in a climate that rains hard for a short period of time every day and I trust this umbrella to do the job. It has a wide coverage area and when wet stands tall until it dries. My only complain is the Velcro strap that ties it together is situated right in your viewing area when you grab the handle grip and walk. Its a little annoying. I am not sure if it is something that could be moved around to the back, but with the handle shaped to hold you hand, it is not easy to move it around. Excellent product overall.

> 3 dayIt works great if there is no wind. Anything over 5mph sides will bend and it will turn inside out.

> 3 dayI bought 10 of these for myself and as holiday gifts for my family, and they were a hit! The umbrellas are sturdy, easy to use, and those with designs are pretty (the pictures on the Amazon site show them well). It is a pleasure not to have to fight with the umbrella when getting in and out of the car or through doors, and especially nice that you dont get wet when you do it. I have only 2 minor negative observations - when it stands on its own after using it, it drips water on the floor, and it is a little more bulky than a standard umbrella. Despite this, I think these are great umbrellas and a great invention!
