> 3 dayThis has been a godsend when I have migraines. It does get very cold, so it’s nice that my hair can cover my skin. Better than a cold pack or ice because it stays in place and doesn’t get wet. Neoprene is nice on skin.

Greater than one weekI really like this for my migraines. It gets cold quickly so its ready to go if I need it multiple times a day. Its comfortable to wear and I like that I can slide it down over my eyes to help when that light sensitivity hits me. This really should be part of your migraine tool kit if you dont already have it.

Greater than one weekI suffer with anxiety and this pack has a nice therapeutic effect when I freeze it and wear it. Direct contact might be a bit much and sometimes when it is, Ill put a thin cloth over my head first and wear this. Havent used the heating effect yet but however cold this gets, it stays elastic.

> 3 dayMy husband had a terrible migrane and I ordered this for him immediately. It came same day which was nice so he could use it. It helped soothe his headache so much but he said it did make his head sooo cold. Maybe I will keep in the fridge instead of freezer. Either way its so comfortable to wear and perfect to relieve a headache.

> 3 dayI suffer from chronic migraines so I bought this cool cap in hopes even though I was skeptical that it would do anything. Well let me tell you, putting this on and covering your eyes with it when you have a migraine is like hearing the angels sing, like God is putting their hands on your head and lifting all of your pain. Granted I still take a Nurtec or Excedrine along with the use of this cold cap but Ive never had anything do such wonders for pain relief. Recently I had a sinus infection and I whipped the cap out and immediately it helped relieve the pressure from my face, I also had a fever and it definitely assisted in breaking my fever. I cant recommend it enough!

> 3 dayI suffer from migraines that have me bed ridden a few days a month. This has helped me tremendously. It is not right or hard it very soft and relaxing. Cut out all light and the coldness was amazing because it was everywhere at the same time unlike a hard ice pack or having to wet a cold wash cloth. Definitely recommend

Greater than one weekAs someone who is neurodivergent and chronically ill, I’m always looking for products/gadgets/life hacks to make life more manageable. I deal with migraines, as well as mast cell issues and heat intolerance, which I’ve been trying to combat with a variety of approaches. Ziplock baggies of ice are hard and uncomfortable to start, and then always leak by the end. Most reusable ice packs are also rigid and fail to conform to the shape of the area in trying to treat. Those that are flexible still don’t cover enough surface area and require MacGyvering to remain in place. This product solves all my problems. The texture reminds me of those gel wrist rests/mouse pads for your computer with spandex-y material on the outside. For any sensory-seekers out there, it’s really satisfying especially when cold haha… It remains fully flexible when frozen and contours beautifully to comfortably cover the entire head. The instructions say give it a minute or two when you first take it out of the freezer if the temperature is too cold. I didn’t think that would be a consideration for me, but was interested to find myself getting brain freeze the first time around! I just took it off for a minute or two and then put it back on and it was perfect. There’s no mess. No hassle. It’s perfectly comfortable sitting up and lying down. My only wish would be that the cold lasted juuuust a touch longer than it does. But since medical recommendations are to not apply ice to an area for more than 20 minutes at a time anyways, it works out. Love love love Get it!
