Oh, where to start! My wife has awful, debilitating allergies. And this was a LIFE-SAVER for her. She says it helps with her sinus pain and severe headache, even for hours after it is off. That has really changed her ability to function well during the day. I was so incredibly pleased. She also does not like having things over her eyes, as other products have irritated her. it’s so great! helped quite a few of my migraines so far. grateful for this, and wish i bought it sooner. only small complaint would be that it doesn’t stay colder or warmer longer than expected.

I am staying with a family member and forgot to bring my theraice cap. Of course I got a HORRIBLE migraine. Bags of ice just do not compare at all. This cap provides an even cool temperature plus pressure which is a game changer. I like using it over my eyes because I typically become very light sensitive with headaches and migraines. When pulled all the way down, it blocks out all light. This is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone who deals with headaches or migraines.

I like the fact they stay very cold for a good amount of time. Very stretchable and has a comfortable compression too. I keep mine in the fridge, not the freezer though. Freezer was a little too much for me. Depends on how sensitive you are.

I tell people that it doesn’t make the headache go away immediately but it immediately provides significant relief. Works surprisingly well even at room temperature. Refrigerated is better but who keeps something like this in the refrigerator all the time. Besides, most valuable in your bedside dresser within reach if you wake up with a headache during the night! We now have two in our house.

I get migraines. I dont want to use too many pills so I thought I give this a try. It is really cold when you take out of the freezer. It freezes your forehead. I wait a few minutes and then use it it worked for me, its comfy, & it makes me relax headache gone.

I really do like this. At first I felt like the freezer made it too cold. But that is only when I put it over my eyes. If I leave it up on my forehead it is perfect. But then it loses its cold temps quickly. I wish it stayed colder longer. But I also like how tight it is.
