I really do like this. At first I felt like the freezer made it too cold. But that is only when I put it over my eyes. If I leave it up on my forehead it is perfect. But then it loses its cold temps quickly. I wish it stayed colder longer. But I also like how tight it is.

It works great and gets very cold and stays cold. The only thing I have to say bad about it is that it freezes my ears. I have to put something over my ears when using it. I love that it covers my eyes, forehead, and wraps around my head. Its such a life saver for migraines.

This is definitely a helpful product. It’s comfortable to wear, and I keep mine in the freezer in the bag it came in. I like the added pressure and cold it adds. Definitely helps the headache but isn’t a cure. Best to use this hat and pair it with some form of medication for the head. But definitely brings relief while wearing and the cold numbs your head which is nice

I really like this for my migraines. It gets cold quickly so its ready to go if I need it multiple times a day. Its comfortable to wear and I like that I can slide it down over my eyes to help when that light sensitivity hits me. This really should be part of your migraine tool kit if you dont already have it.

I love this thing so much. I usually don’t stick it in the fridge before wearing it but the compression alone is nice. My daughter is always borrowing it to sleep with so she got her own. I’ve had so many friends and family order them after trying mine. It works great for headaches but is also just soothing!

Ive always been a huge fan of ice packs for many ills; headaches, feeling overheated or tired (used on the back of the neck while lying down) and of course for any sprains, etc. Hormones being the occasionally demonic forces they are, headaches are just a thing that happen sometimes, even if youre super health conscious, active and fit. Im not averse to the miraculous headache-smashing joys of ibuprofen, but while youre waiting for that to work, or if you cant take that, or wont, this is great. Sure, I looked ridiculous and my husband was laughing about it for a good 10 minutes, as was I, lol, but by god its worth it. And yes, he does that every single time I use it, but marriage is all about sacrifice, right?? Initially, right out of the freezer, I find it too cold to wear, so I just hold it and gently press it to the sinuses or affected area, then after 10 minutes or so I find its wearable. It doesnt stay really cold for terribly long, but it also gets cold very quickly in the freezer so I still find this useful. And during the hot, humid days of summer here, I have a feeling this will be in heavy rotation.

I constantly have migraines and this one of the only things that works for me. I let it sit out for a minute before putting it on but I could honestly sleep wearing this if I wanted to!

Love the compression. Without a washcloth as a barrier it is too cold if kept in the freezer. It’s been great for migraines.
