Oh, where to start! My wife has awful, debilitating allergies. And this was a LIFE-SAVER for her. She says it helps with her sinus pain and severe headache, even for hours after it is off. That has really changed her ability to function well during the day. I was so incredibly pleased. She also does not like having things over her eyes, as other products have irritated her. I took a chance on this, and she don’t mind one bit. The gel-like, soft insides of the mask hug perfectly to the skin, and feel relieving and not claustrophobic. I recommend this product to anyone who has ever mentioned a headache. It’s the perfect combination of compression, cold feeling fabric, blackout effect, and comfort. It’s hard to describe how it feels until you put it on… but somehow it’s cool to the touch, and is so comfortable to sleep in. After 2 years of heavy use mine is starting to stretch out a bit, but I am happily going to purchase another to replace it.

I get migraines. I dont want to use too many pills so I thought I give this a try. It is really cold when you take out of the freezer. It freezes your forehead. I wait a few minutes and then use it it worked for me, its comfy, & it makes me relax headache gone.
