My daughter suffers from vestibular migraines and 10 minutes with this cap on and she gets relief. Bought one then bought a second. Brings one to work and it helps her get through her day. This works miracles.

My wife suffers with chronic migraines. Her medication list is as long as my arm. She typically uses a heating pad. I’ve been telling her to try ice. So I bought this for her months ago and she was like eh ok….put it in the freezer and forgot about it. This weekend she had a REALLY bad one. I went and got this thing out of the freezer and put it on her and told her to put the heat on her neck. WORKED like a charm!!!! It’s partly the cold and partly the compression. She keeps asking for it now. I’m gonna have to order a back up so she can have one getting cold while she’s wearing the other one!!!!!!!

This has been a godsend when I have migraines. It does get very cold, so it’s nice that my hair can cover my skin. Better than a cold pack or ice because it stays in place and doesn’t get wet. Neoprene is nice on skin.

Why didn’t I buy this sooner?! I have been suffering from headaches/migraines after some health problems and this is amazing for helping to calm them down. The gel that it’s made out of makes it form to your head and isn’t too hard. Keeps you cool and gives so much relief. I want to buy a second one to have on rotation. It is great for all head sizes! I think I have a big head and this fits great!

It works great and gets very cold and stays cold. The only thing I have to say bad about it is that it freezes my ears. I have to put something over my ears when using it. I love that it covers my eyes, forehead, and wraps around my head. Its such a life saver for migraines.
