This truly helps to ease my headaches and most importantly my migraines. I’ve even used it on my kids and it works like a charm.

My husband had a terrible migrane and I ordered this for him immediately. It came same day which was nice so he could use it. It helped soothe his headache so much but he said it did make his head sooo cold. Maybe I will keep in the fridge instead of freezer. Either way its so comfortable to wear and perfect to relieve a headache.

So! This holds cold temp VERY well be wary of leaving it in the freezer bc my head was def frozen! The biggest down side for me is that I ordered the pink and it does in fact NOT block out light. I thought of returning it for the black but I just didn’t want to wait but I could just throw my own eye mask over it maybe? Anyways pink does not block light so I’d go with the black super sad on that point. The pricing for what it actually is pretty high but the coldness hold is crazy.

Oh, where to start! My wife has awful, debilitating allergies. And this was a LIFE-SAVER for her. She says it helps with her sinus pain and severe headache, even for hours after it is off. That has really changed her ability to function well during the day. I was so incredibly pleased. She also does not like having things over her eyes, as other products have irritated her. I took a chance on this, and she don’t mind one bit. The gel-like, soft insides of the mask hug perfectly to the skin, and feel relieving and not claustrophobic. I have stolen it from the freezer many a time… usually when I just need some relaxation. Highly recommend! I love this thing so much. I usually don’t stick it in the fridge before wearing it but the compression alone is nice. My daughter is always borrowing it to sleep with so she got her own. I’ve had so many friends and family order them after trying mine. It works great for headaches but is also just soothing!

Discovered this product by chance through an Amazon e-mail. At first, I was skeptical about purchasing something like this for my headaches but I am so glad that I did! A nice alternative to medication or to use in addition to medication. Not exactly a fashion statement but when you have a headache, who cares? Brings fast cooling relief for my migraines. Has a comfortable fit and I especially like how, if desired, you can cover your eyes and the back of your neck with it as well. Only downside, as others have commented, is that the cooling does not last very long so having an extra cap to trade off with might be a good investment. Also, extremely cold out of the freezer so cooling in the refrigerator is a good option, even though that contributes to its warming up more quickly when used. Overall, a great purchase! I have 2.

I ordered this for when I have headaches and it feels so nice over the eyes! It is a bit much when it is pulled right out of the freezer but I let it sit for a little bit before using and it works wonders! It doesn’t feel too tight over the eyes and it’s easy to put back in the bag to place back in the freezer.

Oh my god. Originally I got this because I was having the worst headaches every night and I always felt like pressured help me. I can NEVER sleep when a have a headache but honestly this thing just became my sleep mask eventually. & and pop it the fridge five minutes before bed? HEAVEN. The only downside is it started to get a little used but I use it every single night to be fair. lol.

Works great. The right amount of pressure and cool gel helps with intense pain.
