> 24 hourI bought this thinking I could use it for my whole house and I can NOT. Its great for quick pickups around the house and for smaller projects like the car or the couch, or if the dog sheds in the kitchen. However, it is terrible on carpet and rugs. Im keeping it as a quick backup vacuum, the suction is impressive. On high power it dies after 12 minutes, but does run up to 30-40 on low power, which is really all you need for a quick sweep around the house on the hardwood/tile floors.

> 24 hourI have been using a Roomba vac and have loved it. My daughter convinced me to buy this new vac for my new house- said it would blow my mind. She was right. It finds dust bunnies, pet hair and debris from places I didnt know existed! Great suction. The light on the wand is a great addition. Thought I wouldnt like how short the rotatingroller brush is, but in fact the smaller size allows for getting into very small spaces. Lots of attachments. Easy to clean. Wish the charge lasted longer but my shoulder needs a rest after the 30 minutes anyway. Great purchase. Highly recommend. Great price.

> 24 hourI was a bit confused with the Amazon reviews because there were inconsistent descriptions of the product: one description implied that there were two batteries, and an extensive accessory pack with the A11 Hero. In fact, there was only one battery and fewer accessories that was described in some descriptions. This confusion, does not, however, detract from the performance of this amazing vacuum. Here are my observations. PROS o Very quiet motor. My cats arent sent in a panic sprint when I turn on the vacuum. o Excellent suction, even on the lowest setting. o Accessories are very good. The filter cleaning attachment is genius! o The multi-filtration system is excellent - all of the filtered dust is effectively captured in the hardware. o The large floor attachment with brush works extremely well on my hardwood floor. Further, the design is excellent as the roller can be removed from the housing for cleaning. The attachment has LED lights which are perfectly positioned to spot dust on the floor. Excellent. o The smaller attachment, also with a powered roller, is super efficient in removing cat hairs from duvet covers and furniture - best that I have found! o The cleaning tool, with blade to cut hair wrapped around the roller is very useful. o The weight and balance of the vacuum is very good. It isnt tiring to hold for periods of time. CONS: o The battery does not last very long on the high setting. This wouldnt be an issue if there were two batteries. o Minor issue: there are some small crevices in the design which are difficult to access to clean. Youll need to purchase a small brush to clean. In summary I would definitely recommend this vacuum. It isnt inexpensive, yet its performance is comparable to Dyson which is much more expensive. Also, in my opinion, the Tineco ergonomics are better than the Dyson: better balance and lighter. To be sure, the Dyson may have a bit more performance, at a much higher price point. I wish there were two batteries, but I dont consider this an serious issue. My overall impression is that this is a well thought out, superbly designed and effective vacuum. Excellent value for its price tag. 3/16/2021 Update. The on button trigger lock broke today. I called Tineco support and they said a replacement (main motor housing) would be sent to me because the vacumn was under warranty. Support said they would be sending me an email requestinh an image of the broken component and the serial number. I received the email in a few minutes, and replied with the image attached and the serial number. An hour later, Tineco support emailed me to let me know that the replacement part was being prepared to ship to me. Amazing customer service! Great service, great product, great company.

> 24 hourUse for quick cleaning when I dont want to drag out corded vac.Like the adjustable suction for lighter fabrics and rugs. Bought this to use on stairs .Is ok for that but not as well as I had hopedbut the carpet is that old 70s sculpted nylon carpet thats pretty worn .Is easier than using corded upright.. Wish it had a extendable wand to help us shortys reach high spots.would be handy to have another holder on rack to store the filter cleaning tool

> 24 hourTenico vac review. Long story short. This is a great vac. Short story long. Let me count the ways. First, the quality of build is excellent and I mean excellent! With a very solid weight and ballanced design the feel and function of this cordless vac from Tineco fulfills everthing you could want in a top of the line Dyson killer. One could even talk about machine beauty with the fine design symmetry that meets the eye at first glance. A work of art perhaps in the realm of electro-machanical conception. See my pictures as these images convey this emotional impluse. But liking what you see does not a perfect purchase make. Power via suction and battery strength is a main attribute of a good cordress vac. And with the push of the max button one could pull the carpet off a wall to wall perimeter nailer with this machine. Add to that the main LED lit power head and you will see a perfect ballanced example of form following function and visa versa. Tineco also bundles 2 high powered lithium ion batteries along with several accessories all housed in a convenient wall caddy. Also note the vac automatically charges while hanging on the wall. No need to plug and un-plug an AC adapter wire. Moreover, the caddy has the ability to auto-charge both batteries at the same time. Like I said the design of this cordless vac package is simply superlative from start to finish. As for actually using the vac. I love it! Whats not to love, if love can be applied to a vacuum cleaner. In my opinion this machine could take the place of a corded vac in most situations. Simply press a release trigger to empty the debris canister. No fuss no muss. This unit picks up everything with no problems including the infamous cat litter. Also of note is the inclusion on a constant-on trigger. One can just sqeeze the auto-on power trigger and let go to stop or engage the unit power. Or one could trigger lock-on switch for convenient, constant power. There is real Hepa filtration as well. Tineco even includes a special Hepa filter cleaning attachedment to easily prolong the use of the Hepa filter. There are so many cool features to this cordless vac system. Im sure I missed one or two. But you get the idea. For under $300.00 with Prime Shipping you can not go wrong in buying this Tenico cordless vac system, where you are buying a whole ballanced cordless system, not just a great cordless vacuum cleaner.

> 24 hourIn a good way, but not what you are thinking. My Dyson DC44 and DC35 have been slowly failing over the past few months to the point where I decided that I needed to replace them. I initially considered the Dyson V11 (too expensive) and the older Dyson V7 mainly because I still have a couple of working Dyson DC31s and hoped to reuse various accessory attachments, batteries and chargers. On Amazon there were a number of other cordless vacuums from companies I never heard of around the same price as the Dyson V7 but Tineco seemed like a more established company. I figured that I can buy a new current model Tineco A11 Hero+ (which includes various attachments and a second battery) for around the same price as an older model refurbished Dyson. I received the first Tineco A11 Hero+ on 21 November 2019 and after initial tests decided to buy a second one on 27 November 2019. The vacuum performance is significantly better that my Dysons in that it sucks up more fine particles/dust. Although the floor attachment bristles dont seem any stiffer than the Dysons, it seems to vacuum up more carpet fibers. Im not sure if it picks up more hair than the Dysons (maybe more of it is collected within the chamber as opposed to being wrapped around the floor attachment roller. I use the MAX setting since I see no reason not to as the two batteries are sufficient to vacuum everything that needs to be cleaned. Using the the mini power brush on the sofa cushions I was able to extract an amazing amount of fine dust, most of which covered the pre filter. I dont remember using the Dyson mini power brush on the sofa in the past but I have never seen the same amount of fine dust particles on the Dyson either. The Tineco batteries dont seem to last as long as the Dyson batteries which may be due to the higher suction power and possibly faster floor attachment rotation but since it comes with two batteries that are easily changed, this isnt a problem. I always ran the Dysons at Max power too and a single battery always lasted for the cleaning session. I have replaced the Dyson batteries in the past with higher amperage compatible batteries but I never needed to swap batteries while cleaning. I did not see any Tineco compatible batteries on Amazon other than the ones sold by Tineco. It would have been nice if the Hero came with the higher capacity Master battery. The only Tineco downside, for me, is that you must use the wall mount holder to charge the batteries. With the Dysons, the charger plugs into the vacuum which makes it convenient to take the vacuum and charger on road trips. I dont plan on taking the Tineco wall mount and charger on a road trip due to the large size/bulk. The Tineco has more filters (mesh filter, pre-filter, and HEPA exhaust filter) compared to my Dysons (1 exhaust filter) so it takes more time to clean the Tineco compared to the Dysons. For the Dyson, I would empty the dustbin over a waste basket and use a shop vac to clean the dustbin and lid. Next, I would detach the dustbin and vacuum the dustbin and the motor unit intake area. Next, I would open the rear and then vacuum the other side of the unit and the exhaust filter. Sometimes I would remove the exhaust filter and vacuum the other side of the filter and the motor area if it looks dirty. For the Tineco, I would remove the pre-filter over a waste basket and vacuum it rather than using the cleaning tool that comes with it. This is the messiest part due to the fine particles caked around the pre-filter. Next, I would empty the dustbin over the waste basket and vacuum the lid and chamber before removing the plastic/metal mesh filter and vacuuming that part. I also detach the dustbin from the motor unit and vacuum it and the motor housing before putting everything back together. Lastly, I remove the HEPA filter and vacuum it although it seems like nothing gets past the intake filters (mesh filter and pre-filter). The Tineco Multi-tasker Power Brush is easier to clean compared to the Dyson power brushes. Its not clear if this is because more hair gets sucked into the dustbin rather than wrapped around the roller or if it doesnt pick up hair as well as the Dyson. For the Dysons I use a curved utility knife (similar to a carpet knife) to cut the hairs wrapped around the floor attachment rollers and then pull off any remaining hairs/fibers caught within the roller bristles. The Tineco comes with a tool cut the hairs but Im used to using the utility knife and will continue to use it. The Tineco floor tool has LEDs which the Dyson lacks. Although the Dyson DC35 and DC44 are not totally unusable, I am glad I bought the Tineco A11 Hero+ because they perform a much better job of cleaning. It didnt make sense to buy a pair of older Dyson V7 nor Tineco A10 and I couldnt justify the cost of buying a pair of Dyson V11s or Tineco Pure ONE S12s. It also didnt make sense to buy a lesser known vacuum from other companies that not as well established. I bought the second Tineco when the price dropped around Black Friday and it seems like the price dropped again (not permanently as most of the drop is due to limited time coupons). I did have a problem with the first Tineco A11 where something was rattling around the inside of the pre-filter but this was quickly replaced by the seller after I contacted them. It would be nice if higher capacity batteries were available along with a small stand-alone charger.

> 24 hourWe bought this vacuum back in October of 2020. So we’ve had it for a bit having bought it to replace the ever heavy and clunky Oreck vacuum from the 70’s. So, I’ll just get right to it. Pros: - Relatively easy to maintain and clean - Obviously after a 1.5 year of use, it’s durable and holds up. - Very lightweight and easy to maneuver - Love the versatility of use and attachements - Storage is also great, though charging needs an outlet…so this could go either way. Cons: -Cleaning the product, if maintained as often as suggested, is easy but can still be tedious and time consuming. There are So many little parts, I still use the manual just to make I take everything apart and put it back together correctly and to ensure I’m cleaning properly. Some parts can be cleaned with water others cannot and everything must be completely dry before reassembly. So, time consuming. - The suction is bizarre! We have both hardwood and carpet. Some carpets it’s phenomenal, others it won’t pick up a thing. When it comes to either wood or carpet, it has the power to suck up a sock for example, or other big things like my childrens puffs snacks…but, the minute you shut the vacuum off, it all comes spilling out! And this is regardless of which attachment is being used!! My husband recently used the handheld carpet attachment to clean small bits of broken glass, and when I used it next half it came spilling out all over the floor. I have 2 toddlers so this kind of thing is unacceptable. It’s such an oxymoron of product. It has its useful points but then those get cancelled out by the cons. The fact that it can suck up big chucks of debris despite how tiny, flat and lightweight it is, is super impressive only to be lost to the fact it doesn’t contain what it picks up. This vacuum is best used for general in-between vacuuming and lightweight maintenance, but I would not recommend for kids, pets or spontaneous messes. I wanted so much to like this product because my old 70’s vacuum is Heavy, and it’s outdated, it smells…but I find i still use it more than Tineco because it at least gets the job done. VERY disappointed in this vacuum but now we’re stuck with it.

> 24 hourIts been a year since I bought this vacuum and Im still in love with it! Since its storage is on a mount that charges it, I have never had it run out of power in the middle of cleaning. Its so easy to grab it and do spot cleaning that I usually use this instead of a dustpan. The suction is just as strong now as the day I got it. (Just be sure to empty and clean it as per instructions.)

> 24 hourI got this to replace a Dustbuster for the kitchen. I didnt want to spend Shark money but wanted the features. I was a little concerned at first, mixed reviews and all. So far, I have been really happy with this vacuum. Easy to use. I wish there was a flatter attachment, like a Dustbuster sucker for it, the sideways one works but I think it would be better if it was flat. **UPDATE** So the vacuum totally came with the attachment I needed. I just hadnt used it yet, just found it today. ** Its been great for the stairs. Really happy about that attachment. I even use it for light vacuuming between heavy vacuum cleaning in the living room. I dont have a good place to put it yet, for attaching it to the wall so that is annoying when it comes to recharge it. And hitting the button 2x to get to the real good suctioning is annoying because lets be honest, who is using those 2 other settings?! It does take a second to kick on when you hit the trigger, this is not that bad, but confusing the first few times. And my kids can use it, not as easily as the Dustbuster but they will learn.
