April 6th 2022 this vacuum worked great in one year time the suction decreased and now the battery will not charge. This item was always kept clean. Tried to get in touch with Tinneco . Not happening . Chinese company . Tried to chat .The chat will tell you please wait a moment. NEVER HAPPENS. Calling not happening also. Started to read reviews most have the same problem I have. Somehow one client got a replacement that was rebuilt. Dont trust Chinese products and companies. I had one Chinese co. ask me to change a negative review and they would give me a gift. I cant be bought. Turns out Oreck still makes great vacs here in the U.S. They maybe a little old fashion looking but the reviews are terrific. The newest does not always work especially from China.

Very impressed with this little guy. Enough battery to do my entire home (mostly hardwood) on level-2 power, with enough left to do 3 carpeted rooms on level-3 power. It gets a lot of pet hair out of carpet, far more than I expected it to - Ive tried several other ($100-range) battery vacs, and all of them have been weak garbage. Dyson rides on their name-brand, but I have zero qualms about purchasing this instead. Battery life has exceeded my expectations - I considered buying the 2-battery-pack version, but Im glad I didnt, as Ive never managed to go through an entire battery before finishing the house. I wouldnt necessarily use it as my only/primary vacuum - I keep a better brand plug-in model for heavier-duty cleaning. But for a quick run-through daily cleanup, this does a very respectable job on every surface. It even has decent suction on the extreme front and sides of the head, so getting up close to a wall doesnt leave a thin line of dust there; itll grab everything. The only surfaces it has trouble on are thick-pile/outdoor type carpet (like doormats with raised ridges), as it doesnt have *quite* enough suction to pull things out of the indents in those - it does rely somewhat on the roller/beater bar to grab things, and if the dirt is below the roller, its somewhat less effective. Again though, its still leagues beyond any $100-range portable vac, and Id absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a Dyson but doesnt want to spend Dyson prices.

I like this stick vac--does the job for me. However, just a warning about trying to register your product to get special warranty features and a free gift. You must submit a simple online form that includes the products serial number. Couldnt find it, so I used the how to find your serial number link and it said its on the back of the handle. After searching, I still couldnt find it...so I decided to give up (I often dont register products like this) and just read the instruction booklet for general use information. When I got to a section about removing the dustbin from the handle (it is firmly attached to the handle when delivered), I decided to remove the dustbin just to see how it works--and there was the serial number is on a label behind the dustbin. No way to see this when you look at the item, and no mention online of removing the dustbin to find the label. So Ive wasted 20 minutes so far. After getting the number, I went back to the Product Registration site and entered the info and all was well. A link to click here to get your free gift (something that was touted on a hang tag on the handle of the cleaner) came up and I clicked it. The first thing I saw was that the free gift was simply free shipping on a $20 replacement filter. The second thing I saw was that the filters are sold out! This wont keep me from using my Tineco stick vac and Im sure it will work well. However, it does make me wonder if this company actually has its act together.

So I started off with a bottom of the line Moosoo XL-618A stick vacuum for $119.99 and fell in love with stick vacuums (my apartment is mainly hard floor). My son actually broke it by stepping on the stick and snapping it in half. So I needed to get a new stick vacuum. My friend went and got a Moosoo 250W Upgrade Motor 6-in-1 vacuum for $159.99 and the vacuum came with attachments (hose). So I tried out my friends vacuum and was impressed with the suction and the fact it came with attachments. I wanted to do my homework and get the best possible vacuum but not spend the $500-700 on a Dyson. I researched stick vacuums and Tineco kept coming up as a highly recommended stick vacuum, so after researching and reading a ton of reviews I spent close to $300 on a stick vacuum. First let me say I dont think this Tineco is a bad vacuum, I just dont think you should have to pay $300 for something you could get at half that price. The vacuum itself is beautiful, never thought I would say that about a vacuum but it is. I love that the charger is a docking station and you dont have to plug in the vacuum everytime your done with it, you just place it on the docking station and it charges. The suction is good but the battery doesnt last long at all when you put it on the highest speed. I dont think you can find a stick vacuum with great suction power and a long lasting battery which is why I believe if you pay the high price for this vacuum you should get an extra battery or at the very least some attachments. The wheels squeak when you push it around, the highest speed is kinda noisy and it doesnt pick up bigger pieces of debris. If you have a chip on the floor you have to crush the chip to get the vacuum to pick it up. Overall I like the vacuum what I am trying to say is that I believe this vacuum is overpriced and it should come with an extra battery. Works just as good as the Moosoo 250W 6-in-1 for $159.99 and I would learn to plug in my vacuum and do without the docking station for $150 cheaper.

Really wanted a portable vacuum without a cord. Always hated dealing with a cord. Saw an online review for this vacuum from CNET and they mentioned how it outperformed many vacuums that were way more expensive. I definitely feel like they were right. Its a great vacuum and works well on smooth or carpeted surfaces. Comes with a good amount of tools/attachments for different situations. Easy to take apart and clean out. Simple to use. Its the best vacuum Ive ever owned and I dont regret getting it at all. My only minor complaint is that for longer times, it tends to run out of battery charge. For specific jobs its great, but if youre wanting to vacuum your whole house, for example, you may have to charge it two or three times in between vacuuming. I usually just do two or three rooms at a time and then put it back on the charger and come back a few hours later or the next day to do more. You can definitely purchase an extra battery from them, though. PLUS, the charger that it comes with (that can be mounted on the wall) actually has a spot to charge an extra battery. Ive got pets and a child and it works great for getting dust, fur, spills, and all kinds of messes. Excellent suction.

Bought this to keep downstairs so we dont have to lug our big vacuum back and forth. Its FANTASTIC! Its reasonably light, with pretty good suction for its size, and dumping the dirt chamber is pretty easy (putting it back together was tricky at first, but no problem once I figured out the best way to do it). The attachments are super easy to take on and off. Weve actually used it for multiple things, including vacuuming out our car, sweeping hardwood floors, and cleaning out corners where the baseboard meets the carpet (not the absolute best results for this last application, but reasonably adequate). Though its cheaper than some, its still a little pricey; however overall a good value.

A great addition to the household for those tasks not requiring a bulky, cumbersome, heavy, plug-in full-size vacuum cleaner. Chose this brand after much research, which confirmed good performance and great value. Purchased this specific model due to our desire for a motorized attachment specifically designed for bare floors and found it to be very good at its intended purpose. Overall, well designed, and effective dust and debris pick-up as well as reasonably leak-free construction. Decent battery longevity, but will likely buy a spare battery to allow hot swap. The provided wall-mounted stand has a built-in automatic charger for the unit as well as a second charger for the spare battery...a thoughtful bonus.

Love this vacuum. I did tons of research and looked at so many stick models before deciding to take a chance on this. First in all fairness I have only used the Dyson version of this a few times at my sisters house. So I am not comparing the two. What I love: the vacuum arrived in 2 days, was beautifully packaged, and was super easy to put together. The wall mount dock is very convenient and when you dock the vacuum it’s not going to fall off. The duel batteries are amazing and being able to charge them both at the same time is a nice touch. That being said, I have not had to switch batteries yet because every time I go to use the vacuum it’s fully charged and I can go through the whole house without killing the battery. The attachment are easy to change and work great. I have all Hardwood floors and I was nervous I would have to buy the other soft head floor attachment right away based on other reviews. Not true. The multitask head works amazing on hard floors. It picks up hair, crumbs, and seems to leave my floors cleaner than my canister vac. Also it works amazing on low setting. I only put it on high when doing base boards etc. This vac is lightweight and I love that you can lock the on switch while using this. If you pivot the head to the side while going under furniture it lays completely flat and I can get all the way under my very low profile sofa. I have had this about a week now and I am overly impressed with its performance. For reference I have a 1400 square foot house. Much larger homes you may need to empty the bin mid way. Worth it I think for the value you get. The last thing is the filter and led lights that are awesome when going under beds and furniture. Lights up everything so you can get every last dust bunny. This vac has an amazing filter system and I love having the ability to clean the filter after each use. No particles escape this device. Please note: no vacuum will perform well if you do not clean the filter. This device comes with 2. Since I have only had it a week I will update this post in a few months to advise how the batteries hold up etc. happy shopping!

I got this as my first cordless stick vacuum and have been very impressed! I’ve had it for 2 months and have had no issues! I use it on the lowest setting (there are 3 settings) and it does the job super well for me! I can still see the vacuum lines in the carpet even on the lowest setting! I’ve vacuumed my couch and mattress and am amazed at the amount of stuff that comes out of it! I never realized how much my dogs shed (even though they are hypoallergenic) or how much dirt they bring in from a quick potty break outside. I feel like this vacuum helps get things tidy in a hurry! I love all of the attachments! I can now vacuum my baseboards without bending down and wiping them with a rag. It’s great! I really couldn’t get over the powerfulness of this vacuum. When I first received it, it felt cheap and too lightweight to really be super effective but I was wrong! The only thing I don’t love is that if you’re using it for a long time (20 mins or more) it does get a little uncomfortable, for me anyway. My hand starts to cramp up but it could be because my hands are small though! However I do LOVE that it has a lever where you can hold the trigger in place and don’t have to hold the trigger the entire time you’re vacuuming. Overall this is a great vacuum for my needs so far and I highly recommend! If you can, wait until it goes on sale! I got mine for $190 where as it’s $250 right now! Look for a deal! Hope this helps!

Tenico vac review. Long story short. This is a great vac. Short story long. Let me count the ways. First, the quality of build is excellent and I mean excellent! With a very solid weight and ballanced design the feel and function of this cordless vac from Tineco fulfills everthing you could want in a top of the line Dyson killer. One could even talk about machine beauty with the fine design symmetry that meets the eye at first glance. A work of art perhaps in the realm of electro-machanical conception. See my pictures as these images convey this emotional impluse. But liking what you see does not a perfect purchase make. Power via suction and battery strength is a main attribute of a good cordress vac. And with the push of the max button one could pull the carpet off a wall to wall perimeter nailer with this machine. Add to that the main LED lit power head and you will see a perfect ballanced example of form following function and visa versa. Tineco also bundles 2 high powered lithium ion batteries along with several accessories all housed in a convenient wall caddy. Also note the vac automatically charges while hanging on the wall. No need to plug and un-plug an AC adapter wire. Moreover, the caddy has the ability to auto-charge both batteries at the same time. Like I said the design of this cordless vac package is simply superlative from start to finish. As for actually using the vac. I love it! Whats not to love, if love can be applied to a vacuum cleaner. In my opinion this machine could take the place of a corded vac in most situations. Simply press a release trigger to empty the debris canister. No fuss no muss. This unit picks up everything with no problems including the infamous cat litter. Also of note is the inclusion on a constant-on trigger. One can just sqeeze the auto-on power trigger and let go to stop or engage the unit power. Or one could trigger lock-on switch for convenient, constant power. There is real Hepa filtration as well. Tineco even includes a special Hepa filter cleaning attachedment to easily prolong the use of the Hepa filter. There are so many cool features to this cordless vac system. Im sure I missed one or two. But you get the idea. For under $300.00 with Prime Shipping you can not go wrong in buying this Tenico cordless vac system, where you are buying a whole ballanced cordless system, not just a great cordless vacuum cleaner.
