Sharlet
> 3 dayDisappointed. I have an older Shark stick vac and needed a replacement. I read the reviews and videos and felt this might be the one. Its almost too light, sort of flops around and the top seems heavy...off balance with the entire machine. It is not self propelled. Does not leave nice vacuum lines and the rotating bristle brushes are short and just skirt the top of the carpet. Long hair still get caught up in it. The suction is not what I expected. I never used the lowest setting because it just didnt do the job. The higher suction level buttons had better suction. Fairly easy to clean out. Lots of nice attachments. With Shark all the function buttons are within thumbs reach. This unit power suction level button is on top away from the onoff un switch. Personal preference regarding button placement. When Im vacuuming I dont want to fidget with buttons. You must use the lock switch to keep the unit running or you have to constantly hold down the on button with with your finger. The handle sort of rubbed a sore spot on my thumb. Over all I just didnt care for it so I gave it to my husband to use when cleaning the vehicles.

> 3 dayHaving this vacuum is one of the few highlights of my 2020. It made vacuuming a fun activity in this never-ending quarantine life. First of all the vacuum is BEAUTIFUL. The light blue accents plus the crystal clear motor and dustbin, just beautiful. When my husband saw me first using it, he thought it was a toy that I bought. Very quiet, great suction power. Bought one for my parents house and for my one-bed apartment. Works great on the stairs and also perfect for my small apartment. Since I bought it Ive been vacuuming at least a few times a day. Watching the floor become spotless is so satisfying and relaxing. Also love the on/off switch so I dont have to keep pressing the button. Before I found out I could just flick a switch to keep it on, my hand got really sore after a few minutes. The built-in light is a plus since it makes the dust a lot easier to see. When I feel like a break from sitting, I vacuum. A few things I thought could be improved: - An alternative docking system that doesnt require nails in the wall. Didnt want to punch holes on my rented place, so I tried my best with what I had.. with the vacuum resting on the wall and the charging station taped to the wall with damage-free tape. I have to take the battery out to charge, but thats easy. - A more elegant system to empty the dust bin. Its now a bit awkward to empty the bin as you have to first detach the tube and turn the motor head side way. The shape of filter also makes emptying hard as it traps some of the dust. Would be much better if its a straight cylinder in the bin. - The wheels on the floor brush squeaks. - I wish the brush head could be laid flat, to vacuum under the bed. Now I couldnt reach very far under the bed because the brush would come up in the air.

> 3 dayI also own a Dyson V8 that Ive had for several years but wanted a 2nd handheld and didnt want to pay the Dyson price so I began looking into knockoffs. This one was particularly well reviewed on 3rd party sites so I thought I would try it out. So far I have been impressed. It has gotten dust and dirt out of our rugs that I have already run the Dyson over. It also has an impressively long battery life. The filter cleaning attachment and spare filter that is included are a welcome addition as well. The main con I have noticed is emptying the unit is more difficult. To fully empty the vacuum you need to remove the filter as well, so it can be a two step process. The large floor attachment is perfectly functional, but not as smooth or as tight turning as the equivalent Dyson part. It does have LED lighting which made it easier to see pet hair on my wood floors. My Dyson does not have lighting on the floor attachment so this was an upgrade for me. Also switching out attachments on this unit takes more effort than it does with the Dyson. I had purchased this as a back up or secondary unit, but after a few weeks using it Im considering making it the primary unit and moving the Dyson to back up.

> 3 dayI have owned the A11 hero for two years now. Just before the warranty was up, I had to make a claim through email. They took care of me immediately and sent the correct part that repaired the problem. Excellent job! I used this on vacuum on hard floors and loose floor mats and it works great. I will take care of surface stuff on thick carpet but I do use a heavy vacuum for the the deep cleaning. You need to clean your filters. I didnt realize that there was a metal mesh filter in the canister that could be cleaned until recently. There are just a couple of things I think that need improvement. It would be extremely convenient if the vacuum cannister part could hang on a countertop when you have to stop and move something out of the way. The trigger to stay in the running position is to easy to flip off, and the handgrip is a little narrow for big hands. Otherwise it is a great vacuum. I recommend this to my friends.

> 3 dayBought this to keep downstairs so we dont have to lug our big vacuum back and forth. Its FANTASTIC! Its reasonably light, with pretty good suction for its size, and dumping the dirt chamber is pretty easy (putting it back together was tricky at first, but no problem once I figured out the best way to do it). The attachments are super easy to take on and off. Weve actually used it for multiple things, including vacuuming out our car, sweeping hardwood floors, and cleaning out corners where the baseboard meets the carpet (not the absolute best results for this last application, but reasonably adequate). Though its cheaper than some, its still a little pricey; however overall a good value.

> 3 dayI write up a lot of things with 5 stars because they deliver on their promises, are solid and provide good bang for the buck. But occasionally I get blown out of the water by a product and this is one of those cases. Sufficient research both on Amazon and YouTube told me that the product would vacuum well and I knew I wouldn’t be getting all the attachments or an extra battery. The only thing I was a bit concerned about was the overall robustness. While it’s not indestructible, it’s no wimp either. It should hold up well over the long haul. However, the thing that blew me away was the quietness of the unit. I could carry on a conversation with a speaker phone and I don’t think it would bother someone on the other end. I’ve tried the different levels but for our tile floors the automatic mode does quite well. I think the head designed for tile and hardwood floors would be even better but that’s more of a luxury than a need. We’ve had robots, corded bags and bag less vacuums over the years but this does better than any of them (eat your heart out Rumba, Kirby, and Hoover). Dyson could be slightly better but not the hundreds of dollars more they change.

> 3 dayThis was purchased for extensive spring cleaning my friend Lucy was doing. She’s the one that actually test drove the vacuum cleaner right out of the box. Her text regarding its performance, says it all, so there was no need for me to test it before deciding it deserved a 5 star rating. This was Lucy’s text the day it was delivered (see pics): “This is what I pulled out of the mattress. Now I want to vacuum my own mattress! I need this kick-ass machine in my life!” Lucy loved it so much she threatened to steal mine (jokingly), so I had to buy her, her own “kick ass“ machine as one of the many thank you’s to come. That should tell you how impressed I am with the Tineco A11 Hero vacuum cleaner.

21-11-2024I wasnt thinking of a cordless stick vacuum as a whole house or deep carpet vacuum. I cant speak to how well this model would work for that purpose. What I use it for is frequent, brief cleaning of a stone/concrete tile floor in multiple rooms. Ive also found it to be better than expected for vacuuming small stand-alone rugs, tops of desks and dressers that tend to accumulate dust, and cleaning my car.... and the garage, and... well, the list grows. I thought see-through was a gimmick, but its useful because I occasionally get a bit optimistic and vacuum something up that gets stuck in the dust cup (so far, mostly chunks of styrofoam). Being able to see in there was a great help for getting stuff loose. Some have complained about lack of suction. Maybe this is a deep carpet problem. I have no problems with the suction on our berber-type carpeted stairs, etc. In general use, I often up the suction to medium (this is a three level model), but hardly ever use high. Low suction is more useful than I expected. Most of the dust and dog hair stuff goes in just fine at low. Low suction also has the unexpected advantage of working well on loose rugs (easy to keep the rug in place) and cluttered areas with loose items you dont really want to suck up: leaves those alone and gets the dust and light crud. There is definitely some wrist and arm fatigue involved in using it as a wand with crevice tool or similar on the end and doing a lot of maneuvering. It might be impossible to make the unit lighter and keep the battery capacity and general durability at the level they are (both good). But if there is one thing Id change, it would be to make it weigh less.

> 3 dayI bought this thinking I could use it for my whole house and I can NOT. Its great for quick pickups around the house and for smaller projects like the car or the couch, or if the dog sheds in the kitchen. However, it is terrible on carpet and rugs. Im keeping it as a quick backup vacuum, the suction is impressive. On high power it dies after 12 minutes, but does run up to 30-40 on low power, which is really all you need for a quick sweep around the house on the hardwood/tile floors.
