A great addition to the household for those tasks not requiring a bulky, cumbersome, heavy, plug-in full-size vacuum cleaner. Chose this brand after much research, which confirmed good performance and great value. Purchased this specific model due to our desire for a motorized attachment specifically designed for bare floors and found it to be very good at its intended purpose. Overall, well designed, and effective dust and debris pick-up as well as reasonably leak-free construction. Decent battery longevity, but will likely buy a spare battery to allow hot swap. The provided wall-mounted stand has a built-in automatic charger for the unit as well as a second charger for the spare battery...a thoughtful bonus.

First, the Tineco a11 is a huge improvement over my corded canister vacuum. (Now retired) A week before it arrived, I vacuumed all my area rugs and hardwood floors. When the Tineco arrived, I charged it up and went right to work. The clear canister showed an abundant amount of dust, hair, and particles left behind. I tried all the accessories; all are easy to attach and work well. The filter cleaner is a well thought out item, and works easy. Some hints: empty the vacuum outside the house if possible into the garbage. You end up with a lot of debris and it’s a bit messy when it falls out. If your mounting the holder on a wall use toggle bolts into the sheetrock, unless you find the wall studs. The unit is a bit heavy with the main body/battery, tube and full-size power brush. The on/off motion could loosen wall anchors. My only criticism (4-star rating) is the battery. This unit comes with only one and they are a bit pricey. I don’t know how many charges to expect. For the price, after research, it’s the best deal.

but now I love it!!! When I received my Tineco A11 Hero vacuum, it was so lightweight I wasnt sure it was going to do the job. I live with three large dogs, and we are always going on adventures to the woods, lakes, and streams, and consequently, our cabin becomes the house of hair and dirt. Over the years we have acquired and used numerous vacuums of all types, but I have always preferred the lighter-weight ones for cleaning. Our cabin is just under 1100 square feet and includes a set of 13 stairs where we come in from the outside, so every time I clean I have to clean those stairs and my corded vacuum does not completely reach the whole way. The floors are laminate, with many different sizes and thickness of rugs throughout. This Tineco Hero takes care of the whole cabin with power to spare! I use the lowest setting for the laminate floors, and only occasionally need to up the power for the thickest rugs. My favorite things about this vacuum are the lightweight( it doesnt scare the dogs while Im cleaning), the LED headlights (I can really see all the dirt and hair), and the battery life (I can vacuum the whole cabin and still have power to burn). Of course, since it is a cordless stick-type vacuum I can go anywhere with it and get under all the beds and the couch easily. Because it is so lightweight and easy to use (and quiet), I tend to vacuum nearly every day when Im at the cabin, which cuts down on the need for those all-day cleaning sessions. I havent owned this vacuum long enough to see how it is going to hold up in the long run, but for now I love it and highly recommend it. Tineco has its own website and communicates frequently through email, so I feel like if I need it, product support will be there.

After tons of research, reviews, videos, etc; I finally pulled the trigger and bought this. First impressions, really well built and much quieter than expected. The suction is incredible compared to my older canister vacuum, but then again its 20 years old, heavy and awkward. Im kinda a neatness freak so the only thing that bothered me was the cord for the power was kinked and stiff and looked out of place with the streamlined look of the rest of the system. My local big box store sells 6’ pieces of cord management tubing to hide cords in - perfect solution. My vacuum is in a high traffic area in the house so how it looks is important to me. I used it once so far and went over the same area I just vacuumed with my old one and was pretty surprised with how much more dirt it picked up. Might just retire my old one for good. My wife who is not as mechanical as I am found it quite easy to use and maintain so the designers hit the nail on the head with this one. Like others have said, the lights on the main power brush are a game changer and really help to see what youre doing. If this holds up over time Ill know my research paid off. For now...Im totally impressed.

Ever buy something and then realize you should have gotten it a long time ago? Well this vacuum Is one of those things. First off let me say that I’m old fashioned when it comes to cleaning and always thought that a broom and dustpan is all you need psshhttt was I wrong. When I unboxed this thing and let it charge overnight, I wasted no time in giving it a gauntlet of test. The LED lights in the front of the sweeper really lit up all the dust and crap I would never have been able to see with the naked eye, it gave me a real sense of my home being clean afterwards. The attachments all come in useful especially the duster attachment, I used that to clean my ceiling fan and walls and was surprised by how much dust was being captured. I got carried away and just started moving furniture and cleaning under and around to see how well the battery performs, it did not get the 50 minutes thats advertised, I got 37 mins of continuous usage w/o using max mode. Thank god I opted for the 2 battery version though I did not feel the need to use max mode cause all dust, dirt and hair was sucked up in one pass. Which brings me to other features I really like, the suction power and noise level. I get home late at night and thats when I do most of my cleaning thus the broom and dustpan as to not make a whole lotta noise. The noise level on this thing is not bad at all, not something that would interrupt my Next door neighbors and I have a real pain in the ass one that complains over every lil noise but has not even noticed the noise from this vacuum, though max mode is significantly higher but not necessary due to its amazing suction power in normal mode. Its a light vacuum, I read in the comments about some people complaining about its weight- like seriously how weak do you need to be in order to complain about this thing being heavy? At first its lightness worried me because I associate lightness with cheap quality but I was wrong. Everything seems to be durable despite its lightness. The clear see thru design is cool looking and its wall mount is neat and functional and is able to hold all the accessories sans the filter cleaner which is ok. I like how they include 2 filters, i found it pretty easy to clean the filter and the attachment to do so is nicely designed. Pros: light - 2 batteries - cool looking - great suction power - battery life - low noise level in regular mode - attachments - LED lights on sweeper - warranty Cons: As a man I found the handle to hold the vacuum during usage to be on the small side, I can snuggly fit three fingers on the handle whilst having my index finger extended along the side, not a big deal but would have been nice to grip it better. - the toggle switch that allows you to continuously run the vacuum w/o the need to have the trigger pressed down is a bit on the sensitive side and I was constantly turning off the vacuum by accident with my thumb, again cause the grip is on the smaller side. A tad annoying especially when you are in the zone cleaning. - does not stand upright, I tried and once its started to lean over, I caught it just in time. I do not want to test the ruggedness of the plastic Its made from, though I said before it seems sturdy, I doubt it can take a direct hit on a hard floor w/o cracking its casing. Overall very good vacuum and would recommend to everyone.

I’ve now had the Hero since July. I use mostly on hardwood floors but do have carpets in the bedrooms and area rugs throughout. I love the light that comes on automatically when the vacuum is in use. It comes with three speeds so you change with the touch of a button on the go. If you have a larger room or want to do multiple rooms at once without stopping, there is also a clip that will hold it in the on position until you return the clip to its original position. One thing that made me up front buy over the other vacuum options available were the accessories included. I love the wall hanger! Keeps the vacuum charged and nicely displayed and easy to remove quickly to pick up something you noticed on the fly. You can choose how to use. Whether on the floor, the furniture, the curtains, there are many possibilities for the Hero really throughout the entire home. It is important to clean the filters regularly as the user manual recommends. It also tells you how to do it. I did not do so and I experienced some loss of suction. After quickly realizing my issue, I put in the extra filter while washing and drying the other out completely. This did help bring that suction back so keep up on maintaining the cleanliness of the filters. During this time I did reach out to customer service and WOW! I have purchased thousands of items over the years and also have been in customer service in the past. I can tell you, Tineco goes above and beyond to ensure their customers know 1) you as a customer are valued and heard. 2) Tineco is there to assist you with anything from video directions because you’re more visual to answering questions that maybe aren’t asked by others. If you appreciate great value, great customer service and included accessories to clean your whole house and even your car, buy this vacuum. You won’t regret it!

This was purchased for extensive spring cleaning my friend Lucy was doing. She’s the one that actually test drove the vacuum cleaner right out of the box. Her text regarding its performance, says it all, so there was no need for me to test it before deciding it deserved a 5 star rating. This was Lucy’s text the day it was delivered (see pics): “This is what I pulled out of the mattress. Now I want to vacuum my own mattress! I need this kick-ass machine in my life!” Lucy loved it so much she threatened to steal mine (jokingly), so I had to buy her, her own “kick ass“ machine as one of the many thank you’s to come. That should tell you how impressed I am with the Tineco A11 Hero vacuum cleaner.

We were very excited to use the A11 Hero (having spent considerable time researching our vacuum options). We were looking for a reliable, well-performing stick vacuum with long battery life. We used the A11 daily for two weeks and ultimately decided that a few minor problems really hamper the experience: - switching the suction level: the vacuum offers three levels of suction (low/medium/high). So far, so good. But it ALWAYS starts on Low; even if you use Med/High, it reverts to Low as soon as you release the trigger. And with stick vacuums, we do a lot of pausing and starting again, which makes it really annoying to have to continually select the non-Low suction level we want - emptying the canister: compared to our prior stick vacuum (Dyson V7 Motorhead Cordless Stick), the A11 Hero takes more effort to empty the canister and then remove all of the debris that does not fall out when you first open it. That means more timing sticking fingers inside to pull out hair etc. They do provide a handy tool to extract the debris, which would be great if the tool could be attached to the vacuum. Instead, we have to store it in a drawer or elsewhere, where it will eventually get lost. - timing: there is slight delay between when you pull the trigger and when the vacuum actually starts. It is a slight delay -- Ill say 3/4 of a second -- but noticeable enough that it eventually becomes annoying, especially when it should be instantaneous. - leftovers: after vacuuming for several minutes, then stopping and lifting the vacuum up, debris falls out of the head. This is frustrating because it defeats the purpose of the vacuum. Ive tried making sure all pathways and the head are clear, yet it keeps happening. For those reasons, we are returning it. But there ARE some positives: - battery life was good - the wall mount works well - overall, the vacuum looks nice - generally, the suction seems adequate for our needs, especially at the Medium and High settings - it comes with multiple accessory parts

I purchased this vacuum In Aug of 2022. Now in February this motor no longer turns on. Battery charged, cleaning has been exactly the same since i purchased it. New filters placed. No motor power. The suction on carpet is so so. I tried to email the company and email will not go through because it states its the wrong serial number. There is no other serial number on the product itself. It is on the Battery only. I am at a loss

I used my Mom’s Dyson V8 for several months while she was out of town, and then bought this as a cheaper alternative since many online articles recommend it as a cheaper Dyson “dupe”. Having used it daily for several weeks, I can now give a proper comparison of the Tineco vs the Dyson V8. PROS: - the trigger lock. This awesome feature lets you vaccum continuously without having to hold the trigger down the whole time, saving you the sore thumb which (I found) results from constantly having to pull the Dyson trigger - the lights in the front. I didn’t realize how useful this would be, but it is FANTASTIC as you can see under furniture and in can vaccum in dim light. It ensures you don’t miss dust and dirt and results in a better clean - lightweight like a Dyson - has all the same attachments as the Dyson V8 CONS: - reduced maneuverability. The swivel vaccum head is definitely more stiff than the Dyson, so it can be slightly annoying at times - reduced suction at lower levels. The suction feels the same as Dyson when on “Max” setting, but the lower 2 suction levels are definitely not as strong as a Dyson. Which means you pretty much have to use it on Max all the time, reducing battery life - this model does not come with a second battery, so battery life is the same or sightly shorter than Dyson. It’s never a problem for me to do my whole main floor on one battery, but if you have a large house it may be an issue - it doesn’t start immediately and takes a second to start when you pull the trigger. Again not a big issue, but different from Dyson and slightly annoying All in all I’d say “you get what you pay for”; a model half the price of a Dyson is not going to be an exact replica. But this is pretty close! And the added features of the lights and trigger lock are a welcome addition
