I bought this thinking I could use it for my whole house and I can NOT. Its great for quick pickups around the house and for smaller projects like the car or the couch, or if the dog sheds in the kitchen. However, it is terrible on carpet and rugs. Im keeping it as a quick backup vacuum, the suction is impressive. On high power it dies after 12 minutes, but does run up to 30-40 on low power, which is really all you need for a quick sweep around the house on the hardwood/tile floors.

I have been using a Roomba vac and have loved it. My daughter convinced me to buy this new vac for my new house- said it would blow my mind. She was right. It finds dust bunnies, pet hair and debris from places I didnt know existed! Great suction. The light on the wand is a great addition. Thought I wouldnt like how short the rotatingroller brush is, but in fact the smaller size allows for getting into very small spaces. Lots of attachments. Easy to clean. Wish the charge lasted longer but my shoulder needs a rest after the 30 minutes anyway. Great purchase. Highly recommend. Great price.

I was so tired of dragging around my old vacuum with an extra long cord that caught on every piece of furniture I got close to! I took a long time to decide on a cordless vacuum. It had to have powerful suction, a long-lasting battery and be light enough for me to carry easily. And it couldnt break the bank. And it had to deal with the debris left by 5 cats! I found the Tineco A11 Hero after hours of reading reviews. I am so pleased! I wish I had purchased it sooner. It met all of my requirements: 1. It has 3 levels of suction. So when Im just vacuuming up cat litter, cat fur, and pieces of cat scratch pads, I use level 1. Its fine for that. 2. When I want more suction for cat food, I use level 2 or if Im vacuuming cat fur, etc. off a rug. 3. I rarely use level 3. 4. Ive only run the battery out once. Keep in mind, I dont do my whole house in one day, but I use the vac as I need it for spot cleaning. I can do the family room, dining room, kitchen, cat room (yes, I have one) and not run down the battery. For the master bedroom and bath, never a problem. For the guest bedroom and bath, no problem. For the library/sitting room and office (my house sounds big - it isnt - about 1800 sq ft). no problem. 5. Its light and easy to handle. True, I have to push it over the debris to get it to pick it up (it wont pick up in reverse), but Ive gotten used to going forward when I use it. The swivel feature is the bomb! I can get under almost any furniture or around any chair leg. Although my cats still run from it, it doesnt make anywhere near as much noise as the other vacs I have. The only drawback is the waste container. I wish it were larger. I collect so much cat fur that it fills up quickly and then I have to empty it - again and again and again. For the price, it cant be beat. The quality is excellent (I had never heard of Tineco).

Overall, I like this vacuum. My issue isn’t with the particular product as much as it is with cordless vacuums in general. They are overrated 100%. It is extremely convenient to have a cordless vacuum, especially with young children. I am happy to vacuum with this cordless guy instead of sweeping or using my big dirt devil and hold the cord or replug it every 10 feet. However, I was expecting a super powerful suction and this just doesn’t have it. It sucks pretty powerful, but I was expecting like, shop vac type suction. The battery life is very short lived on the highest level. Its something like 45 mins on lowest level, 20 mins on middle level and like 12 mins on highest level lol. If I wanted to vacuum my whole first floor on the highest suction, I’d have to charge the vacuum for several hours before I can vacuum the 2nd floor. This is the case for all cordless vacuums, even the $700 dysons. I am happy I bought a cordless vacuum, but I’m kind of wishing I didn’t spend $400 on it. I would have rather spent like $200 because it would have probably worked the same.

I love my wife. I hated to see her with that crappy little vacuum that she uses. You know, the one that looks like someone rammed a stick through a Dustbuster? It didnt pick up very much, made a lot of noise and didnt seem that robust. Weve already been through a few of them. Ive also had to add a couple of electrical outlets to our home in order for her to use that joke vacuum, and she was already making noise about needing another one somewhere. So.... I did some research, and bought this as a Tyson alternative. It was delivered promptly, dangerously close to my wifes birthday (I know what youre thinking, and no way, just no way was that going to be a birthday present.) I put it together and gave it to Wifey, who seemed pleased at the suction power, the fact that she could vary it (But why? she asked), the lack of a cord and that the light on the power head that showed it didnt miss much dirt (mostly Yorkie bits, carried in from outside in her floor-length coat). About fifteen minutes later, the battery had died. At that point, we determined that the battery would last much longer if we reserved the max suction setting for those few areas in the house where we have rugs. The low setting worked just fine on the tile floors throughout our home. Armed with this information, the next time was a bit more successful, but there was still not battery power to get all the floors in the house done. The wall-hanger for this vacuum is great. There is a spot on top to charge a second battery. Armed with this information, we bought one. Now, between the moderation of suction power and the second battery, our floors get cleaned without any problems. The vacuum is easy to empty. Theres a filter that will need cleaning inside the dust bin. Its easy to remove, and Tineco provides an attachment that sucks the dirt from the filter. The manufacturer gives you two filters, so you can one in the vac while youre using the vac to clean the other filter. If you go to the website, theyll give you yet another filter just for registering your purchase.

I got this as my first cordless stick vacuum and have been very impressed! I’ve had it for 2 months and have had no issues! I use it on the lowest setting (there are 3 settings) and it does the job super well for me! I can still see the vacuum lines in the carpet even on the lowest setting! I’ve vacuumed my couch and mattress and am amazed at the amount of stuff that comes out of it! I never realized how much my dogs shed (even though they are hypoallergenic) or how much dirt they bring in from a quick potty break outside. I feel like this vacuum helps get things tidy in a hurry! I love all of the attachments! I can now vacuum my baseboards without bending down and wiping them with a rag. It’s great! I really couldn’t get over the powerfulness of this vacuum. When I first received it, it felt cheap and too lightweight to really be super effective but I was wrong! The only thing I don’t love is that if you’re using it for a long time (20 mins or more) it does get a little uncomfortable, for me anyway. My hand starts to cramp up but it could be because my hands are small though! However I do LOVE that it has a lever where you can hold the trigger in place and don’t have to hold the trigger the entire time you’re vacuuming. Overall this is a great vacuum for my needs so far and I highly recommend! If you can, wait until it goes on sale! I got mine for $190 where as it’s $250 right now! Look for a deal! Hope this helps!

Having this vacuum is one of the few highlights of my 2020. It made vacuuming a fun activity in this never-ending quarantine life. First of all the vacuum is BEAUTIFUL. The light blue accents plus the crystal clear motor and dustbin, just beautiful. When my husband saw me first using it, he thought it was a toy that I bought. Very quiet, great suction power. Bought one for my parents house and for my one-bed apartment. Works great on the stairs and also perfect for my small apartment. Since I bought it Ive been vacuuming at least a few times a day. Watching the floor become spotless is so satisfying and relaxing. Also love the on/off switch so I dont have to keep pressing the button. Before I found out I could just flick a switch to keep it on, my hand got really sore after a few minutes. The built-in light is a plus since it makes the dust a lot easier to see. When I feel like a break from sitting, I vacuum. A few things I thought could be improved: - An alternative docking system that doesnt require nails in the wall. Didnt want to punch holes on my rented place, so I tried my best with what I had.. with the vacuum resting on the wall and the charging station taped to the wall with damage-free tape. I have to take the battery out to charge, but thats easy. - A more elegant system to empty the dust bin. Its now a bit awkward to empty the bin as you have to first detach the tube and turn the motor head side way. The shape of filter also makes emptying hard as it traps some of the dust. Would be much better if its a straight cylinder in the bin. - The wheels on the floor brush squeaks. - I wish the brush head could be laid flat, to vacuum under the bed. Now I couldnt reach very far under the bed because the brush would come up in the air.

I have had my vacuum now several months. I was at first intimidated by all the filters, the cleaning of the filters, but now that I know how to do the cleaning I am able to do it easily. I am impressed by the suction. I use my vacuum for area rugs only. It is very strong and really cleans the rugs well! The drawbacks: The battery does not last long enough to vacuum all my rugs at the same time, and the dust bin needs to be emptied very frequently during the vacuum as it fills up too fast. For the price, I think it is worth it. Also, kudos to Tineco customer service. I called them today for a problem of my own making and they were very attentive and really made an effort to help me.

First, the Tineco a11 is a huge improvement over my corded canister vacuum. (Now retired) A week before it arrived, I vacuumed all my area rugs and hardwood floors. When the Tineco arrived, I charged it up and went right to work. The clear canister showed an abundant amount of dust, hair, and particles left behind. I tried all the accessories; all are easy to attach and work well. The filter cleaner is a well thought out item, and works easy. Some hints: empty the vacuum outside the house if possible into the garbage. You end up with a lot of debris and it’s a bit messy when it falls out. If your mounting the holder on a wall use toggle bolts into the sheetrock, unless you find the wall studs. The unit is a bit heavy with the main body/battery, tube and full-size power brush. The on/off motion could loosen wall anchors. My only criticism (4-star rating) is the battery. This unit comes with only one and they are a bit pricey. I don’t know how many charges to expect. For the price, after research, it’s the best deal.
