This is by far the best neck fan I have ever used. I know it cost more than the usual neck fans out there but you definitely get what you pay for. I have a medical condition that causes me to have over active sweat glands on my face and head and this has been such a life changer for me. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years on so many other cheap neck fans and they always break and are cheesy, this one is built to last and has a manufacturer warranty in the box you register for for free, it was worth every penny spent!! The battery life last longer if you use it on low speed, the higher the speed the shorter the battery life and using the cooling plate takes more battery too, so only use it when necessary and then turn the fan off and back on to turn it off. Hold down the button until you hear it beep to use the cooling plate, also I see people complain that the cold plate turns off after a while BUT its supposed too!! It automatically shuts off after 30 mins but the fan stays on, but you can turn the plate back on. And YES it really does get cold, it works yall!! And the fan in marked with L & R so you know which side goes up and down sitting around your neck. I highly recommend this fan! To the people that got this and complain on reviews please read the directions and how it works before leaving a negative review because the complaints I see are because they arent doing something right or didnt read the directions that came with it. Take it from me, this thing is amazing!!

I bought the Coolify1 because I live in Florida and on my walks it gets very hot in the summer and other times of the year too. I did treat myself because I didnt want to get a low quality item and save on the cost but have to replace it too early. Im very happy with it because it makes my walks and exercise time feel great! I can also run with it on and its comfortable. No more suffering and it looks nice too! I strongly recommend it and I promise you that you will be glad you did invest in the product. After a few years of daily use It still works great. The product is great and very well built,the customer satisfaction is great,the product is very well packaged and I would highly recommend it. It stays well charged for days. Torras is always there to serve you and when I contacted them with general product questions a customer satisfaction representative named Winky immediately emailed me back and I will buy from them in the future for sure and recommend many people to the company with great products and service with a smile! I got this because I got tired of fooling around with cheaper alternatives (Ill admit getting my tax refund helped in the decision). I have no tolerance for the heat. In fact, Ive decided this year that outdoors is bad and I have no reason to go out there (not even with this as protection). As other reviewers have noted, this doesnt feel like AC. It feels like a cool washcloth on your neck, minus the moisture. Which is still preferable to the cheaper fans that only blow existing warm air on you. Its quiet enough to wear while I work on the computer. This might seem a bit overpriced, but it is very heavy and well made, with what feels like ceramic and metal rather than plastic. It feels like an appliance, not an accessory. I still feel its a bit overpriced, but when youve had it with the heat, money feels like less of a consideration.

It was great when it worked, but then it shocked me and stopped working. I was able to reach out for a replacement.

I put it on and in just a few seconds the air became cool and refreshing it became quite cold on the back of my neck and I no longer felt hot Great way to cool down on hot humid days and nights well worth the decent price.

Pro: it really does help you stay cool Con: Battery dies too fast

Update: After reading my review, Torras reached out to me. Gwen, the customer service representative, went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied and stayed in touch. She is a big asset to your company. Giving a straight forward and honest review, Im not sure about this neck fan/ac unit. While the fan blows at a moderate pace, I cant say much about the cooling/ac aspect. While the plates does get cool (I would even say cold) this unit does not keep me cool. I would say that this unit is a little over rated and a lot over priced. I think I could have gotten the same results from a similar unit which is priced much, much lower.

So I have used my new coolify for about 3 weeks now in very hot humid conditions. I do lawn care so I put mine to the test. The first use it was very hot 93 degrees plus humidity was high. I had it on cool mode with fan on high. The battery died when I finished mowing on my lawn tractor which took about an hour 45 minutes. The next day it lasted over 3 hours using cool mode medium fan. The 3rd experience it was cooler outside and cloudy so I used mainly fan mode medium speed and cool mode while trimming. I tried mowing without it after using it and there is a big difference. Although I didnt feel like I was in house ac as some seem think this would or should when they think air conditioning....this does keep neck cool and just in fan mode keeps air moving on sides of your head. I do wish the battery lasted alot longer but it is way better then I even expected. One thing is I wish there was some sort of way to keep it more firm around neck as way u move doing lawns it tends to slide to the side and have adjust now and then. I do like it and may purchase one or 2 in future so I have a couple charged up ready to go lasting all day. Longest it lasted me was about 5 hours on a charge alternating could mode and fan only no higher than medium speed

I just received this in the mail today. I was getting ready to use it and was peeling off the “Getting Started Quick Guide” and as you can see it started to pull off the gold paint. For something that costs this much, something as cheap as adhesive should not pull off paint. It makes me wonder if the rest of the item is built cheaply. Hmmm? My impressions right now are more guarded and waiting to see what else will go wrong. This is not a good way to start. I am also wondering if I should just return it for a refund. Sigh. I was looking to be impressed, but wasn’t.
