Its great when it works but the battery does only last 2 hours max. The fans are not bad, mild breeze but it just blows hot air on you if its too hot, its sucking in hot air after all. Dont use this if you have facial hair, it keeps catching on beard hairs. The neck cooling plate is great but small. Runs 30mins at a time. I would buy it again but not unless its on some form of large sale. At least 40% off. Not bad, easy to charge comes well packed and looks smart. Just a bit hot where I live to be that effective... (30 to 36°C so around 90F). Really light weight, charges relatively quickly.

This is by far the best neck fan I have ever used. I know it cost more than the usual neck fans out there but you definitely get what you pay for. I have a medical condition that causes me to have over active sweat glands on my face and head and this has been such a life changer for me. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years on so many other cheap neck fans and they always break and are cheesy, this one is built to last and has a manufacturer warranty in the box you register for for free, it was worth every penny spent!! The battery life last longer if you use it on low speed, the higher the speed the shorter the battery life and using the cooling plate takes more battery too, so only use it when necessary and then turn the fan off and back on to turn it off. Hold down the button until you hear it beep to use the cooling plate, also I see people complain that the cold plate turns off after a while BUT its supposed too!! It automatically shuts off after 30 mins but the fan stays on, but you can turn the plate back on. And YES it really does get cold, it works yall!! And the fan in marked with L & R so you know which side goes up and down sitting around your neck. I highly recommend this fan! To the people that got this and complain on reviews please read the directions and how it works before leaving a negative review because the complaints I see are because they arent doing something right or didnt read the directions that came with it. Take it from me, this thing is amazing!!

It works well; battery life is sufficient. The weight is sufficient (any lighter, & it might slide around while I’m in motion), but I think it’s priced too high!

The best money Ive ever spent. I wish i wouldve realized this years ago. It worked great. Nice and light. Charge lasts enough for my day. Ready to charge. Very light. Did not irritate my neck. It felt so good!¡!!

So I have used my new coolify for about 3 weeks now in very hot humid conditions. I do lawn care so I put mine to the test. The first use it was very hot 93 degrees plus humidity was high. I had it on cool mode with fan on high. The battery died when I finished mowing on my lawn tractor which took about an hour 45 minutes. The next day it lasted over 3 hours using cool mode medium fan. The 3rd experience it was cooler outside and cloudy so I used mainly fan mode medium speed and cool mode while trimming. I tried mowing without it after using it and there is a big difference. Although I didnt feel like I was in house ac as some seem think this would or should when they think air conditioning....this does keep neck cool and just in fan mode keeps air moving on sides of your head. I do wish the battery lasted alot longer but it is way better then I even expected. One thing is I wish there was some sort of way to keep it more firm around neck as way u move doing lawns it tends to slide to the side and have adjust now and then. I do like it and may purchase one or 2 in future so I have a couple charged up ready to go lasting all day. Longest it lasted me was about 5 hours on a charge alternating could mode and fan only no higher than medium speed

I hate being hot. There’s nothing worse than feeling sweaty on the back of my neck because it makes everywhere else in my body feel sweaty and hot. I had no idea this product even existed until I saw someone use it! That being said, this thing works in temps around mid 80’s where you want to just be comfortable outside. Anything above that, this thing just seems to circulate hot air. It’s lightweight enough for my 20 month old to wear. She loves it and I love when she agrees to keep it on Bc I worry when my baby gets too hot. Overall, this is a useful product. I hear what others are saying about this item being overpriced for what the parts are individually sold for, but let’s be honest. I wouldn’t know how to make one of these from scratch!

After looking at a ton of neck fans and reading the reviews, I came across this bad boy. More expensive than the counter products by a fair margin but with the active heat sync/cooling on the back of the neck it was worth every single penny! I used it for five days walking around all of the Disney parks and it worked like a champ to keep me cooler and way less annoyed about being all sweaty. Other reviews are correct in that the battery will not last very long if using on full blast with cooling constantly. My solution to that was to bring a power brick with me and every time I was in a ride line that FINALLY made it from outside to inside, I just plugged that sucker in and let it recharge for the next run/walk to the next looooonnnng ride line. Seriously saved my kids and companions from dealing with me being a huge grouch! Worth the price! Bring a battery pack to recharge when not out in the heat.

Although the colder air conditioning is concentrated at the neck contacts it helps evaporated the perspiration on my face making it possible to work in the hotter climes for a longer time. Recharging is quite short.

Worked fine. Bought it for Motley Crue Stadium Tour Concert. Was in the heat from 3pm til 11pm. Used it on and off. Was 105 degrees on the field. Definitely helped keep somewhat cool. Air was not real cool in that heat but any air was welcomed. Recommend buying.
