I received the coolify personal air condition at it looks amazing. Its like something from a sci-fi movie. Unfortunately, the one I received malfunctioned. I contacted customer services and Bonnie replied promptly. Bonnie even called me LONG DISTANCE from China to speak to me. She was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure to address all my concerns. Great product and AMAZING customer service! If youre looking for a personal cooling unit, this is the best. Especially since they guarantee their product. After looking at a ton of neck fans and reading the reviews, I came across this bad boy. More expensive than the counter products by a fair margin but with the active heat sync/cooling on the back of the neck it was worth every single penny! I used it for five days walking around all of the Disney parks and it worked like a champ to keep me cooler and way less annoyed about being all sweaty. Other reviews are correct in that the battery will not last very long if using on full blast with cooling constantly. My solution to that was to bring a power brick with me and every time I was in a ride line that FINALLY made it from outside to inside, I just plugged that sucker in and let it recharge for the next run/walk to the next looooonnnng ride line. Seriously saved my kids and companions from dealing with me being a huge grouch! Worth the price! Bring a battery pack to recharge when not out in the heat.

Purchased as an alternative to a whole room air conditioning unit for at home personal use. This is hard to review because air conditioning plate actually works. The cooling does feel approximate to an ice cube. It does result in very rapid drops in subjective temperature. Hooked up to a USB charger, the maximum charge rate ive seen is 1.53amps at 5.2v. This isnt ideal but it is sufficient that im not annoyed. Everything is as advertised or slightly better. Problem: Limited battery capacity (note: capacity is as advertised). Recommendation: Hot swappable battery + external charger (optional accessories). Alternately, allow the unit to operate while charging via USB C. Problem: Air conditioning plate shuts off ever so often (as advertised) Hack: place a frozen gel pack (disc) under the cooling plate while the cooling plate is disengaged. Gel pack should stay cold for 15-20 minutes and will stay in place under normal non-vigorous movement. Cheaper (less elegant) alternative: $20 version of a neck fan + freezer gel discs. Possibly sew the disc between a layer of some breathable cloth. Switch out the disc ever 15-20 minutes or as needed.

Its great when it works but the battery does only last 2 hours max. The fans are not bad, mild breeze but it just blows hot air on you if its too hot, its sucking in hot air after all. Dont use this if you have facial hair, it keeps catching on beard hairs. The neck cooling plate is great but small. Runs 30mins at a time. I would buy it again but not unless its on some form of large sale. At least 40% off. Not bad, easy to charge comes well packed and looks smart. Just a bit hot where I live to be that effective... (30 to 36°C so around 90F). Really light weight, charges relatively quickly.

I bought this, then set it aside. Then one day as I was packing for a normal medical procedure. I decided to add my Coolify at last minute. Long story short, the one and only hospital for hundreds of miles covering 3 States is criminally Incompetent. In morning parts of the hospital the rooms are like ovens and hallways like ice boxes. Everyone gets sicker and 1/3 of over all patients just.....leave. mostly after a 7 hour wait just to be put in another hot airless room. The only hope, that I would tell them how to buy this Coolify on Amazon. Among my many trips back to this Petri dish, I have begun seeing others with a Coolify of their own, and being asked about them. From a sick old woman, To the Inventor and Manufacturing Co. Than you, the Petri Dish Hospital should thank you too.

This is by far the best neck fan I have ever used. I know it cost more than the usual neck fans out there but you definitely get what you pay for. I have a medical condition that causes me to have over active sweat glands on my face and head and this has been such a life changer for me. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years on so many other cheap neck fans and they always break and are cheesy, this one is built to last and has a manufacturer warranty in the box you register for for free, it was worth every penny spent!! The battery life last longer if you use it on low speed, the higher the speed the shorter the battery life and using the cooling plate takes more battery too, so only use it when necessary and then turn the fan off and back on to turn it off. Hold down the button until you hear it beep to use the cooling plate, also I see people complain that the cold plate turns off after a while BUT its supposed too!! It automatically shuts off after 30 mins but the fan stays on, but you can turn the plate back on. And YES it really does get cold, it works yall!! And the fan in marked with L & R so you know which side goes up and down sitting around your neck. I highly recommend this fan! To the people that got this and complain on reviews please read the directions and how it works before leaving a negative review because the complaints I see are because they arent doing something right or didnt read the directions that came with it. Take it from me, this thing is amazing!!

I’m amazed at how well this works! Even after menopause ended, the hot flashes continued. Now instead of freezing my poor husband out trying to cool down, I just grab this little treasure, and I’m cooled down instantly. I also get really hot when I sew, so it’s definitely going to get a lot of use. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

I hate being hot. There’s nothing worse than feeling sweaty on the back of my neck because it makes everywhere else in my body feel sweaty and hot. I had no idea this product even existed until I saw someone use it! That being said, this thing works in temps around mid 80’s where you want to just be comfortable outside. Anything above that, this thing just seems to circulate hot air. It’s lightweight enough for my 20 month old to wear. She loves it and I love when she agrees to keep it on Bc I worry when my baby gets too hot. Overall, this is a useful product. I hear what others are saying about this item being overpriced for what the parts are individually sold for, but let’s be honest. I wouldn’t know how to make one of these from scratch!

Edit* I give the company 5* for their customer service. I messaged them to ask for assistance given how much we spent and the fact the fan broke after 8/9 months. They were very helpful and sent us a replacement. If the new fan lasts more than the last one I’ll change the rating to 5*. Bought this and loved it at first. Less than 6 months of use and it was “loud” yet still worked. Now two months later it’s so loud you can’t use it. Waste of money and for the amount it cost I’d expect more from a product.

This product has three fan speeds, all being what I would consider acceptably quiet, but a bit louder than I expected. Seems to work well, Ive only needed it a couple of times so far this year, as its only early May. I had a minor customer service issue that was resolved super quickly and satisfactorily by a terrific representative named Jacky. They were super responsive and eager to help.
