> 3 dayI really love these outdoor dimmer plugs. I plan on using them this Christmas for my lights. With the timer setting, I will be able to set when the lights come on and set them to come on Bright (Full strength) and then later dim, so I do not bother the neighbors. This winter when temperatures get cold (Minnesota), I will be able to connect the engine block heater to come on around 4am and be ready to start my truck for work. It allows me not to have the heater plugged in all night. Thanks for creating a versatile outdoor dimmer plug.

> 3 dayAfter struggling with my two so called Semi-automated 12 volt landscape light timer/transformer, Not anymore, I finely have a solution that put control in the palm of my hand (Cell Phone). The 12 volt landscape lighting timer/transformers were always off and required me to climb in the bushes to reset the on off functions which was a pain in the butt. I came across these TREATLIFE Outdoor Dimmer Smart switches on Amazon and thought I’d give them a try. Well I can tell the devises are well made and super easy to install just plug and play. The TREATLIFE app makes it super easy to program any of their smart switches from anywhere that you have a WIFI connection. I use this as a Dusk to Dawn timer switch for the LED lights in the bushes in the front of my home. You can watch many YouTube videos that can show you how to install and use these devices. Two words - Great devices!

> 3 dayWorks great. Easily added to SmartLife App and Alexa recognized it immediately. I have AC 110 LED strip lights attached and I can schedule and dim them. Perfect for my application. It would be nice if they had a shroud over the outlet instead of a water tight not-in-use cover, which only works when you don’t have something plugged in. What’s the point of it? So, I dropped a star due to the physical design.

> 3 dayI have been looking for an outside dimmer switch for the past three years around Christmas to no avail. Granted, there are other switches for the inside and Philips Hue has a product line, albeit expensive. However, I have been wanting a simple weather-rated outside smart plug so I could dim my outside Christmas spotlights. TreatLife came to the rescue and has worked perfectly. The set up was easy and I was up and running in no time. In addition, I was able to dim the lights to the perfect setting for my lights. Could not be happier.

Greater than one weekI love this smart plug! Super easy to install and the mobile app is so useful and convenient. But I want to point out one thing. Youd better check your Wi-Fi network before you purchase this if its 2.4 GHz or not. If not, buy something else.

> 3 dayI used two of these for my Christmas lights on my house. They worked great. Like any other smart products, I did have to re-sync one of them once. Its so much easier than using a timer.

> 3 dayI have quite a few Treatlife products, and have been very happy in general. Unfortunately, these outdoor plugs are disappointing. The two big issues are: - Theyre limited to 400 watts maximum. This is absolutely crippling. My plan was to use these plugs to control holiday lights, and it doesnt take many strings to exceed the 400 watt limit. When that happens, the plugs overheat and shut off automatically. - When these plugs lose power (e.g., you unplug them), they revert to a default 10% dim setting. That cant possibly be what most people want.

Greater than one weekAs with all Treatlife products, this one works for the most part. Its easy to set up, works with the SmartLife app, powers on and off as expected, and dims. Ive had it installed outside for a week now in the rain for 2 of those days and have not had any problems. The first callout is one for all outdoor dimmers. Most are limited to 350 watts. This one is 400 watts - so better than most. I didnt notice that so unfortunately its not working as I would have hoped. I fixed the problem by running two dimmers each controlling half of my load. The second callout is a bigger issue. When the dimmer looses power (its unplugged or you have a power outage), it still powers on and off but does so at the lowest setting (18%). Therefore you have to make sure to set a routine to power on and then change the dimming level to the proper setting just incase youve lost power recently. To be clear, this only happens on loss of electric company power - not when the dimmer is powered on and off through normal means. I would get this again but would consider other ones if it met all my requirements and I knew it would hold its dimmer setting even after loss of power. Minus one star because its limited to 400w and minus a second because it wont remember settings.

> 3 dayAt first, I purchased the 2 outlet 1 plug product from Treatlife. I had one set of low voltage AC deck lights connected to 1st outlet and another set of low voltage DC deck lights connected to the 2nd outlet. When reducing the brightness of the AC dimmable lights to a very low brightness setting (<10%), the DC lights (not dimmable) would flicker. The two outlets were not totally independent and separate. Even turning off the one set of DC deck lights would cause the other set of deck lights to flicker or blink. I repeated this with two individual plugs with 1 outlet each. Even in this setup, I observed the same issues. Based on this, the two plugs are somehow connected or seeing interference from one another through the app. Within the last couple of months, a different company released a 1 plug 2 outlet outdoor dimmer, and this same problem does not occur.
