> 3 dayThe cardboard itself came open, but I think that was more of a warehouse issue than a product packaging issue. I used 6 or 7 of the colors to make 4 long sleeved t-shirts and still a decent amount of dye left. I followed the directions to a T, but the shirts came out a little less vibrant than I was hoping. Cant beat it for the price though. Ill get a better quality dye eventually, but this is great for practice.

Greater than one weekJust a review to let people know how many items I was able to dye with this kit. Kit says 36 items, I was able to dye 6xl T-shirts, 7sm T-shirts, and 13 onesies.

> 3 dayIt was a fun project and was easy to do. The kit did not include enough rubber bands (but I had purchased some amazon basics ones). It came with several pairs of baggy gloves. The drop cloth was very small and would’ve been way too small if we had more people dyeing. The dye was easy to fill to the line but some of the colors (notably the light green and light pink) had weird off colored specks in the dye (orange and black, respectively). It caused some poor coloration. Overall we had enough to do 2 adult shirts, 5 child shirts, and maybe 8 onesies. The dye faded immediately, which was disappointing. However, it was a fun craft and we enjoyed making them (especially the kid).

> 3 dayThis is exactly what I was expecting. The colors are wonderful and very vibrant. There were some directions on style ideas so you know where and how to place the rubber bands. The only downfall is the color does go through the gloves!! My fingertips were stained for several days. But other than that everything worked really well and they turned out so nice.

> 3 dayThis kit is fantastic. Easy set-up, clear directions, good quality product. We used 5 colors to make 6 shirts and there was probably enough dye left to make another 12. The color is vibrant and I love that the kit came with everything needed to have fun and keep things mess-free.

> 3 dayi love all the colors that it comes with! even though i only used some of the selected colors, its cool to see that the box provides a bit more color just in case you run out of your favorites. The box includes the bottles, powder, gloves, and a ton of rubber bands to assist in your tie-dye magic. To make the colored powder last longer, I did not use the entire powder during my tie-dye use. I separated the powder into a tiny ziploc bag leaving just enough powder in the bottle. Itll probably be like a couple of teaspoons if I had to be kind of exact. Next I filled it up with some water and bam, I was able to get the color to mix and used it all for my t-shirt. It wouldve been sad if I had used the entire powder for my tshirt, then I would have a ton of dye left over that Ill have to toss out.

> 3 dayI havent done tie dye since camp in the 90s. This kit is heads and shoulders above the dunking in buckets of Rit dye method that I was familiar with. The colors are VERY vibrant, and 2-3 washes later have not faded. There is no soaking before or after, and the squirt bottles made it an easy process for my 4 year old (whose shirts turned out really well!) We washed all the shirts before dying and left them damp. Prepped with rubber bands, dyed, put in grocery bags and left them outside for about 5-6 hours, during which time it rained rather heavily. Rinsed in the sink, then washed and dried them all together. We dyed: 6 adult medium Ts, one adult medium long sleeve shirt, 5 boys small tees, 5-6 4T tank tops/tees, one 4T sundress, one 4T pair of pants. (We dyed all our light-colored, permanently stained cotton clothing.) We used up most of the dye. Even the brown, which looked a lot cooler then I thought it would. Tips: If you can, dye outside. We did it over gravel, which was perfect. The kit includes a bunch of rubber bands, but we did need extra. When shaking the dye/water in the bottle to mix it, a couple of ours did leak a few drops, but it wiped easily off our wood floor with no staining. Not sure it would come off stone/tile/vinyl as easily. There are a bunch of cheap plastic gloves included--they fit me great, tore on my husband, and were obviously huge on the 4 year old.

> 3 dayMy daughter and I bought this for a fun summer project. We were really pleased with how much came in the kit. There were a ton of colors (which we knew), and they mixed easily with water. The colors were exactly what we expected. One of the bottles was a bit leaky in the cap, but we put some saran wrap around it and it was fine to continue shaking to mix the color powder and water. The projects came out really well too! The shirts we made have been washed quite a few times since we dyed them, and theyre still vibrant. I definitely recommend this kit!

> 3 dayThese tie dyes are so easy to use and produce great results. This is probably my third time purchasing and it’s always so fun to see how things turn out.
