Tulip One-Step Tie-Dye Kit Kaleidoscope, 12 Colors Tie Dye

LOVE this brand for tie dying, love this kit even more! Ive purchased multiple of this kit from this seller. Ive only used one thus far & it was great! Got to teach my niece how to tie dye for the first time & it did not disappoint! Pictured is just the baby onesies we did to see what patterns Im going to want people to make at my baby shower (if were able to gather in October that is) 2 of these kits will be perfect for the event! All together we made the 10 onesies, 2 plus size adult women shirts, 1 childs tank, shirt & pants & an adult tank & shirt....so 17 items all together. While we used up majority of the blues & purples, as those are our favorite colors, there was still a TON of dye leftover. So the 36 item label I could see be totally true! The last 2 I ordered came much quicker than i expected them to, which is always an awesome surprise. When they come back in stock snag them while you can! With them being out of stock everywhere prices have gone up each time they restock, but so far its still been worth it to me!

We had a lot of fun with this set over the summer. The colors are bright, each one comes with its own bottle, and a little bit goes a long way. The only downside is that there are a few colors less useful than others. Brown for one, hardly got used. This set is great though, it includes a sheet of basic ways to do different styles of tie dye. It also includes some rubber bands. We used this during a picnic, and ended up making quite a lot of stuff. We made 8 size small childrens tee shirts, several pairs of socks, several childrens tank tops, and two onesies. Its very messy, Id recommend doing this outside only, making sure you wear the gloves provided, with a plastic tablecloth covering your work area. The dyes stain easily, my hands ended up quite colorful. When prong the dyed clothes through the wash, they should be washed and dried twice before going through the wash with other clothes to prevent staining. All in all, a really fun set, easy to use. I definitely plan on getting another one!

I love tulip tie dye kits but this one had holes in some of the bottles. I always craft with my grandchildren so you can imagine the mess. It wasn’t done during delivery because the holes were too small .

Absolutely gorgeous and vibrant colors. You’ll have a ton of dye to complete tons of fun. Seriously, I can’t even begin to tell you guys how much of a great time we had with this kit...children AND adults!!! You will not be disappointed.

Ordered this for a tie dye station for a bach party and we did a total of 16 shirts and had some still left over! I will suggest getting more gloves an rubber bands.

My grandkids had a blast the dying t-shirts with this set. We tie dyed about 20 t-shirts with this and still had plenty of dye left over. Bright vibrant colors. After wearing their shirts all summer they still look like when we dyed them.

Tulip in the number one brand in Tie Dye. Make sure you follow the directions to keep from making a huge mess and ensure the dye takes properly. Before using I would search the internet for videos as they are many, many ways to create fun and beautiful patterns. The biggest warning I can give is, this is not for little kids, the dye will stain anything it touches. Also, use latex or nitrile gloves, the cheap plastic ones provided get in the way.

After reading some of the reviews who said their projects washed out right away, I decided to presoak mine in soda ash even though it says you don’t need to. So far our colors are super bright and have not faded! I would have given 5 stars, but the bottles for the dye are very cheap and tend to leak. They also seem to have powder residue on the outside so as soon as a drop of water touches the outside you have dye on your counter. Be diligent and keep everything on old towels or outside and you should be ok. Also the gloves are massive and kept falling off my average adult sized hands. These gloves are definitely made for very large men. If you have your own gloves you’ll be okay (or monsterous hands!)
