> 3 dayI love these kits from Tulip and they sell them in the Walmart by my house but I can usually get a better deal on amazon and I think this kit is the best value because it’s nice having bigger bottles of each color instead of more colors because once you start making them you see colors you like and want to use and the biggest issue is they go too quickly so my advice is find the colors you like and get bigger bottles of those colors instead of buying little bottles with a million different colors. Also it’s easiest to do these outside and it makes clean up much easier.

> 3 dayThis was a birthday gift to a friends daughter in California. She and her BFF had so much fun working with the colors and various techniques. They are ecstatic over the results! Im going to buy 2 kits. One for me and my wife. The other for our two granddaughters. Cant wait!

Greater than one weekI read a lot of reviews and was nervous that the colors would wash away as some people experienced. I followed all directions as printed and the colors came out great. I used 100% cotton and did not have to soak or wash it in vinegar. I even used a shirt that was 60% cotton and that works great as well.

> 3 dayGreat product. The instructions where nice and easy. Great color options and I liked that it came with gum bands, gloves and a plastic table cloth. Definitely will buy again once Im done using all the colors. The package isnt super well made in that it was open when I got it. So I understand the complaints about that and people that bought it as a gift. But nothing in my order was damaged. After dying. I let it set for 12 hours. Hand rinsed in cold water. Hung to dry. Hand rinsed in hot water then directly in to washing machine cold cold cold no soap. They held color very well! Hope this helps!

> 3 dayWorked great for class end of year project. Had enough dye for 16 6th grade students to make a shirt and leftovers for my own kids to make shirts.

> 3 dayWe used this kit to tie dye at my daughters 5th bday party. We did about 8 kids shirts and 10 adults. We had enough left for probably 2 more shirts. The dye is really vibrant and was easy to use.

01-06-2025I bought this kit to tie dye onesies that my eldest daughter used (and stained) for upcycled onesies for my son. I just did a few to start and can’t wait to do more! I did 14 or so onesies with just three bottles of dye. Still have some left in those bottles and plenty more can be done with the other colors I haven’t used yet. Make sure to wet all your clothes you plan to dye before twisting them up to ensure that you don’t waste any of the color and get the most vibrant results. Also, let them set in the ziplock bags for at least 24 hours.
