Great umbrella but not as large as i thought and not really suited for 2 people.

So my first impression of the umbrella was that its a solid product and good investment. I thought it had a good design and sturdy features. However, after two uses in mild weather the spokes of the umbrella became detached from the umbrella material and I found that its closing mechanism was a bit finicky at times. Fortunately, the customer service is spectacular. They had great response time and they were able to answer all my questions and alleviate all my concerns. They gave me a replacement in an expedited fashion which was much appreciated. Hopefully the replacement does better than the original. But overall good product.

Two days after the 30 day to return this product. It malfunctions and does not operate any more. DONT BUY IT

Great opening and closing. Nice look and size.

I wasn’t wind proof and when I went to open it on my second use, something popped and now it won’t stay open. Waste of money :(

The umbrella was never able to open or be used. Waste of money
