> 3 dayYou might as well use and old fashioned umbrella that isnt as scary to pop open. And even 2 thumbs pressing on button is difficult and painful. You will get soaked struggling to get it open and have nothing else in your hands. I missed the return window or would definitely would have sent back. Just got angry every time I walked buy it.

> 3 dayThe quality seems great when you get it, the mechanics are hard to close, BUT the topper is I used it 3 times and the umbrella broke. The stitching that hold the spokes in place broke. My window to return is closed from Amazon so I don’t have an option but to throw it away! Wasted money in my opinion!

Greater than one weekMy only issue with this umbrella is the way it points upwards on the outside when its opened. The user needs to adjust it down with his/her hands - I understand its because of the way its folded up but it is a glitch. A decent umbrella otherwise.

> 3 dayGreat umbrella. You push a button and it shoots open. You push it again and it snaps closed. You have to push the telescopic shaft back into the handle. The spring is a little stiff so just lean it into a wall or the floor while guiding it into the handle. Not sure why some havent figured that out by themselves... Its easy. People just want to blame everything and everyone else for user errors anymore. Figure it out, people. Not that difficult. It is not hard to do as some are suggesting. They are just doing it wrong and refusing to figure out anything for themselves and likely complain to managers too.

> 3 dayMy umbrella broke and its time for a new one. I looked at bunches of compact umbrellas and decided to try several different ones. This ended up being my top pick. I want one that will sit under the back of the driver set in my car, where its handy but wont be stepped on. This umbrella is a nice size for that. And this umbrella feels a little more substantial than a couple of the others, a little sturdier, a little better made. I looked at the loops connecting the spines to the umbrellas and the tips. How long will they last? Im sending others back and keeping this one. And I do like the inverse/reverse idea, because sometimes when several people come in out of the rain, its a problem to find a place to set the drippy umbrellas. Thats a nice innovation. I do wish it folded just a little more compactly - but its not bad. It takes time, but it can be squeezed back into its sheath. Its fine under my car seat, just not quite a compact travel umbrella. I also like the Teflon. Its terrible for cooking, but my umbrella is not likely to get over 350 degrees F - so it should be safe! And it will repel water, not absorb it. Thats a nice touch.

> 3 dayI hate being a downer but this umbrella is just an umbrella. It’s nothing special. I also thought the canopy would cover a larger ‘space’ and it didn’t. It’s just an umbrella with an upside down thingy.
