A big wow to the interesting design. I bought it as a replacement for the full size reversible umbrella. Even though LA does not rain a lot, I still feel I need a good umbrella when its pouring rain. Easy to carry and store. The quality of the umbrella is second to none.

** update** 18 months I have had my umbrella, my review still stands. I normally keep it in the door pocket, but it has been thrown around too. Bookbags, suitcases, it even survived the kids playing with it.** Compact yet not flimsy. Great travel umbrella or just to keep in your car. (Mine is in the pocket of the door.) Kinda awkward to operate at first, then youll wonder why the even still make umbrellas the other way. I have noticed a few times that the little caps at the end of the supports come off while closed and stored. (The little things that keep you from poking yourself all around the umbrella.) Not a huge deal, they are attached to the fabric so you just spin the umbrella around and pop them back on. I set aside a tube of super glue so that I can put a dab on them next time and hopefully theyll stay put.

The quality seems great when you get it, the mechanics are hard to close, BUT the topper is I used it 3 times and the umbrella broke. The stitching that hold the spokes in place broke. My window to return is closed from Amazon so I don’t have an option but to throw it away! Wasted money in my opinion!

I purchased this umbrella because it would be small enough to carry in my laptop bag. Not very sturdy and when I open it, I have to manually fix it to cover me from the rain, as it stays inverted. Looking to buy a better umbrella that functions the way it should.

A full size umbrella, but will easily fit in medium tote-type handbag. Easy to open and close. Great price.

Not my first reverse opening umbrella but I like the compactness. The burgundy color helps it stand out from the usual black and navy ones you usually see. The reflective band on the hem really highlights well in the dark. It is surprisingly wide diameter for something that folds up so small. The hand loop is very helpful and the cover comes in handy. Good wind resistance as well. High recommend it.

So its ok for regular rain and wind. Nothing special. You can probably find it cheaper in Marshalls or TJMax.

Way too heavy and not easy to close

The edge of there umbrella will often times not flip out when the button is pressed and it expands. Might take a few tries--sliding the umbrella back and forth--to get it to pop into position. Other than that, its very compact and is holding up well.
