> 3 dayLook, I felt like I was taking a risk buying this thing with all the weird negative reviews I was seeing. I shouldnt have worried, though. This thing looks looks phenomenal and plays incredibly smooth on the Series X. PROS: + The display, even when set to 1080p and 120hz, is gorgeous. Granted, I was coming from a fairly old (albeit very nice) Samsung 1080p 48 inch TV. + In comparison to my old display, there is little to no input lag and movement (thanks to that frame rate) looks ultra smooth. + I thought 32 inches would be too big for a desk setup but it ended up being perfect. I sit maybe 3-4 feet off the monitor and there isnt a pixel to be seen. + It is more vibrant in color than I thought it would be. I had no idea The Outer Worlds or Assassins Creed Odyssey could look so good. + It doesnt feel cheaply made. Its sturdy, and the stand is all metal. It even has a convenient headphones hook on the back. CONS – ***You cant currently run this thing at 1440p at 120hz on a Series X. You can on PC, but not a console. You can flip back and forth between 1440p at 60hz or 1080p at 120hz. But trust me, this is nowhere near as bad as you think it is, especially if youre used to console gaming. This monitor will likely surprise you, especially for the price*** – It isnt very adjustable. Can basically tilt up and down to a minimal degree. Keep in mind that its large and cumbersome for a monitor, so it may not be the best size for some setups. – It doesnt have speakers. You always need a headset or external speakers to play. All in all, for the price: unbeatable. Im super happy. Shooters play smooth and snappy, and RPGs look incredible. Great choice for the new gen consoles if youre on a budget (you probably should be in these times lol).

Greater than one weekI never had a fancy type monitor, so this feels great. I havent had any issues with it. The menu is a bit difficult to figure out but not impossible . In case you are like me and bought a VESA mount to attach it to, be sure to keep the screw extender thingies to put into the holes (it came with them) and then it is easy peasy to mount to VESA mount ( I have the oval back model). I am writing this review because it took me a half hour to figure that out and was about angry when I found the old box and realized they did indeed include the screws needed for this!!! And there are other reviews that said the oval back monitor cannot be VESA mounted, but I found that to be untrue.

Greater than one weekJust amazing!!!!! I got the 32 one..... dont overthink it....just buy it :)....for the folks who state the monitor isnt appearing in Nvidia Control Panel as Gsync compatible: you MUST enable Freesync from the monitors own OSD menu for it to appear as GSync. 03/16/21 edit***** Just added a picture of Nvidias CP showing the monitor as G-Sync compatible..... this because I noticed there are a few buyers who still say it does fake advertising because they dont know how to enable it..... read above to know how

> 3 dayThis was an impulse purchase for me. I knew I was going to buy a new graphics card and that the new RTX 30xx series was going to be a huge step up from my old card. I wasnt seriously considering monitors -just window shopping and dreaming-, but the price for this one, plus the previous ratings, and most importantly the zero-dead-pixel policy grabbed my attention. Ive been very happy with it so far. The color and brightness are great, the response time is good enough for serious gaming, and it arrived without a single dead pixel. Gaming has been a pleasure on it, although my old GTX 960 is straining a bit at the higher resolution (1440p) while Im stuck on a waiting list for my new graphics card. The only minor issue Ive had is that some videos have noticeable horizontal striping when the recording doesnt quite match the high 144MHz refresh rate. Most videos look fine, but some stuff on social media looks bad. But overall this is an easy recommendation if youre looking for a 2k gaming monitor.

Greater than one weekOverall the monitor works as a monitor, which is great. However a couple of criticisms that weigh on me are a) VESA mounting this monitor opens up a huge hole in the back covered by the monitor mount which is quite ugly, and b) for some reason this monitor uses an AC adapter. Like, its basically a laptop charger. This makes cable management... interesting... as theres essentially a brick hanging off your monitor. Im still trying to work it out. And c) the power state LED for this thing is basically a giant blue flashlight pointing down. Its insanely bright and flashes at night so Ive had to tape over it. If you want a functional monitor with good specs and a small pricetag, go for it. if you have any plans of a low-profile, cable-free, minimalist battlestation, maybe look elsewhere.

> 3 dayReally satisfied with this monitor. It was my first 1440p monitor and my first curved screen monitor. The quality is great, the settings on it are vast and intuitive, and Im loving it after about a month of 12+ hours of use per day. It makes a great primary gaming monitor. My only complaint is that it SEEMS fragile on the stand. I havent actually had any issues, but whenever it is touched or bumped it wiggles a great deal, but it returns to its perfect resting position. Great monitor. I dont think I need two of this size and quality, but if I decide to get another monitor, I will likely go with the same brand.

> 3 dayIve bought multiple viotek monitors for myself and others in the past and I stand by them. If you play with the settings you can get the color just right. Used for gaming this is one of the best price vs performance brands on the market. There is better quality out there but for the price you cant argue with viotek.

> 3 day32 144Hz 2560x1440p - The Good - Zero dead pixels, 1440p, 144Hz, 3 year warrenty, $349. Good color and response time. Bright picture. Screen is larger than what I wanted for a 1440p but for the price it was a good deal. The Bad - This is my 2nd monitor. My first one (27 2560x1440p) can in with a huge crack down the middle and was immediately returned. There were no options to replace and out of stock. I waited about 2 weeks and the 32 version was available. 27 is best for 1440p but for the price I decided to go with the 32. The Ugle - Nothing to mention at this time. Only had it for a week.

> 3 dayBought 2 of these monitors in February. WHen I first plugged them in and got all my color settings adjusted, I was beyond impressed. The display qualities were phenomenal. Then I had them less than a month and once in a blue moon, and on random occasions, they would turn off. Sometimes they would just flicker, sometimes they would turn off completely. I live-stream professionally and this would happen during my live-streams, which in turn would cause my OBS to glitch and shut off streaming AND recording modes. This became more and more frequently and I was beginning to wonder if it was my video card, or the PSU on my PC, or the driver corruption issue from Corsairs iCue to Nvidia thats been happening for years now. When it first started happening, it was infrequent that I didnt bother with it much. Then it started to increase in frequency AND in severity. It would get to a point the monitors wouldnt even turn on anymore. By the time I figured out it was the monitors themselves, I was well past the return window. Like others have commented, the customer support drags their feet for over a month and then tells you the cost of repairs are far more than the purchase price of their monitor brand new. This is under their warranty. I was hoping this would be a great purchase and had high hopes for these monitors, but all they are now is just rubble in a trash heap somewhere, which is still worth more than the value of these monitors. I initially purchased 2 32 versions of these, but finally replaced them with 2 32 MSI Optix MAG322CQR, which funny enough is only about $30 more than these and, of course for MSI, is about the highest quality monitors on the market............and they actually last

> 3 day5 stars... but initial setup was a bit tricky and the layperson might need to do some googling to get their color, brightness, and contrast right. I had to do a combination of monitor settings changes, in addition to changing the color scheme on the Mac settings side. But in the end, they do match the 5k iMac screen quite well. My minimum requirements were 27, 2k,144htz, DP, and FreeSync. I needed two extra monitors for my main 27 iMac. These fit the bill nicely at the best price on the internet. When I initially plugged them in, I will warn, they seemed to be locked into 1080p and as a result looked quite pixelated and not good. However, after a few minutes tweeking the settings, and turning on FreeSync, they are quite close to my main monitor. Perhaps the color isnt quite as true as on my main 5k Apple monitor, and the contrast is noticeably worse, especially in displaying darker colors, but its really pretty close, those are just nitpicks and one would not expect to match up a $1200 monitor with these at about $250... for the price they are FANTASTIC!!! I will also add that they do a good job of auto detecting which input is being used. I use Raspberry Pis a lot so Im often adding and subtracting inputs from these monitors and switching between the inputs is relatively easy too, requiring just 3 clicks to the monitors buttons to switch from using a Viotek as a third monitor, to having it be its own monitor for one of the other Pi computers. Really cant say enough about how surprised I was at these monitors quality. They also came with a dead pixel guarantee, however that didnt come into play because every pixel on the two of these I bought was perfect. Shipping was a bit slow, but thats on the seller and anyways were in a pandemic so thats quite forgivable and they were only a couple days late. Thats about all. If youre looking for a good main monitor for Linux, Mac, or even if youre slumming it on Windows (LOL), these are the absolute best bang for your gaming buck in the 27 curved 2K 144hz category.
