> 3 dayI absolutely love this product. I’ll definitely purchase from this brand again. This was my first longboard, and I’m learning how to skate with a group of people. Those helping me learn, jokingly take my board and use it due to how smoothly it rides. It’s easy to pick up speed, and the wheels are good quality too. 10/10 would recommend

14-04-2025I love this board! As a very clumsy person who has has no poor experience with longboarding, I thought I wouldn’t do well. But this board is super reliable! It’s been only a few days but I’ve been zipping down the neighborhood and down hills around town. It’s very sturdy too ( my dad, around 250lbs, jokingly tried to hop on it, and the board didn’t even cave) . I seriously recommend this to anyone, especially beginners!

Greater than one weekThis is my second board that I own, with my first being a Kryptonics longboard. By no means am I a pro at skateboarding, but I do use these to commute around campus. Here are some things Ive noticed about this board during my week or so of use: Pros: 1. This thing turns very easily. For such a long board, the turn radius is pretty acceptable, and I can hit pretty bendy sidewalks with sometimes up to 110 degree angle turns with good speed without having to pick up the board and adjust. 2. The deck is pretty durable, and pretty to look at. Mine came as pictured (I got the summer version which looks like the spring version of the board, with the blue graphic). Im 220 lbs and this board holds me with a little flex. It hardly becomes noticeable after some use. The flex and large wheels make this a great ride if youre looking for comfort. It goes over large cracks, rocks, and gravel with ease. 3. The grip tape at the top of this board is pretty grippy. So much so, in fact, that it abraded some of the sole of my red Adidas sneakers, leaving a mark. I dont really consider that a bad thing. Id rather be solid on this board than slip off and crack my head open. 4. Its a relatively lightweight board for its size. Please consider the size when buying. Strapping this to a backpack isnt exactly efficient, and this thing can hardly stand on its own against a wall (at least tile or smooth surfaces) without falling over. For its length, it is a light board that is easy to carry one-handed, though. Cons: 1. As I mentioned, this thing turns really well. So much so that I had to tighten the trucks to keep myself from falling off this thing when pushing, since the deck has a lot of tilt with pressure straight out of the box. I noticed, however, that no matter how hard I tightened the truck, there was still a good amount of give to the truck. Even tightened all the way, this thing isnt 100% solid, and your deck will tilt no matter what. If I tightened the trucks on my Kryptonics board, it wouldnt flex at all and would be very difficult to turn, but would be extremely solid and easy to ride in straight lines. Also, if you tighten the trucks all the way, or even close to it, youll notice the wheels become off-balanced and one or two of the wheels will be off the ground even when laying flat on the ground without weight on it. 2. The bearings straight out of the box arent amazing, but they definitely are useable. With a couple of solid pushes on flat sidewalk with the usual gaps you can generally cruise around 10 yards before having to push again. I am, however, a heavier person to be riding (again, 220lbs), and that could certainly affect my ability to cruise for longer distances. Overall, Id say this is a very reasonable entry-level board thats priced well and is overall well constructed. The deck is beautiful and lightweight, but the trucks and bearings could use switching out. Just getting a cheap set of Reds bearings on this would certainly make this a very good commuter board, and for the price of this board and a set of Reds, its an extremely good deal. Id recommend this board. Just be sure to have your balance figured out or have a good, flat place to practice. The trucks dont tighten very well, and could cause some people a little more frustration. Im not sure if the trucks are made of metal. Im almost under the impression that they arent, but if they arent, theyre certainly made of a high-quality material. Ive yet to have too many problems other than them not tightening well.

Greater than one weekGreat looking board. Stiff deck with some camber and a decent amount of concave. Very good for beginners and possibly intermediates. The wheel bearings are not very good (others have also mentioned this or implied it... its true) -- with really poor glide even though Ive setup the wheel nuts with minimal slop and tension. Mine came with black standard bushings (different from the photos in color and shape) and did not ride as I liked or expected, but I replaced mine. The customer service from HONGHENRY DISTRIBUTION is absolutely 5 stars!! I had an issue with the board and they considered my concerns and took care of it ASAP. Really impressive customer service... I would buy from them again. EDIT: Regarding the wheel bearings. Only 1 of the 8 bearing had decent spin. 7 of the others spin for less than 2-3 seconds. This is with the bearings removed from the wheels. Nevertheless, this is a quality beginner to intermediate board for an outstanding price. Even with buying/upgrading the bearings and bushings it is still a great value.

> 3 dayA beauty of a board for a great price. The Volador showed up quickly, boxed in cardboard with some paper padding. Unlike some other reviewers that complained of shrink wrap embedded in the trucks, mine had no such issues. Thanks for listening to reviewers! The packaging method still allowed for it to shift in the box and there was a slight paint crack on one side, presumably from shipping. No big deal in this instance, since I’m not too concerned about it staying pristine. It is meant to be used, after all, but others might not be so lucky with transportation handling. Add a little foam on each end and it’ll go a long way to protecting during shipping. I’m new to long boarding, and only had a little experience as a kid with on a 1990s skateboard. This is a vast improvement. It was easy to balance and carve. I’m 160Ib and it handled my weight just fine. My 85Ib kid had a harder time steering. The board feels good and the trucks seem sturdy. After a couple rides the bushings really loosened up/broke in, so I had to tighten them up. No sign that the nuts or bolts are loosening, though. The bearings are ok. A couple of the bearings are making some noise after an hour of riding, which indicates they might not last all too long. Spacers are sized appropriately. Wheels are plenty soft for asphalt roads and cracks. Overall I’m definitely satisfied with the product. It’s getting me and my boys out of the house and around the neighborhood.

> 3 dayI sadly sold my nice $300 longboard a few years back but really wanted to get back into boarding again. This was a GREAT temporary board to just help me get back into the swing of being on a board again until I can buy another nicer one! It’s not made out of the best quality materials but it’s held up nicely on the cruises around my town. The bearings it comes with are super sensitive though for my preference so I had to try to tighten them so I wouldn’t turn so suddenly with every little movement. I also prefer a board that is somewhat thicker and wider but all in all for the price it was, I’m impressed.

16-04-2025I bought this in May of 2022 because I wanted to start riding and I love it, as a bigger person if really holds up to the weight rating and the only issues I have had is a small split in the end of the board which I fixed with wood glue and sanded down, and the trucks would loosen from the board so I had to tighten them more. Other than that it is amazing!

> 3 dayThe Board is definitely easy to learn on, make no mistake it was likely the easiest learning experience Ive had on a board because it comes with pretty tight trucks and a nice wide board surface. It is also a concave deck style, so its easy to feel where your feet are meant to go. A few tips to make this board perform a little better right out of the box, and not overwork your ankle: Buy a Skatetool immediately, loosen the wheel nut on all 4 wheels to get more spin out of the wheels, loosen the trucks evenly, and make sure that they are even because there is no defined front on the board, meaning you can skate in both directions on the board. Also, I dropped some 90mm magneto VOLTS on this board just for fun, and while it can take that size, make sure you tighten the trucks up some to avoid wheel bite because you cant get wheel bite with the 70mms it comes with, but you certainly can get it with larger wheels. My primary negative of this board is that it is so HEAVY compared to many other comparable boards. Dont expect to be doing many longboard tricks with this board, even though it has a pronounced kicktail.

> 3 dayCame with some cracks in the board, trucks and wheels should be changed when getting for a better ride but the deck is solid and great for anyone who is just starting out!
