> 24 hourThe product works great; I’ve used it on my bathtub, floors, cabinets and door seals. But the handle! It completely needs to be re-designed. It grabs into the flesh between your thumb and your fingers and it makes that area very sore. I’ve only used it for maybe 10 minutes at a time. I’ve had to wrap the handle with a piece of cloth to make it usable.. Other than this I’m very happy with the steamer.

> 24 hourI was looking for something to detail the inside of a car I just bought. The seats are light, and came dirtier than Id expected. This little thing worked like a dream. I ended up cleaning out my entire car. The different attachments are very handy. Although, I ended up just using a couple. I will say I wish the brush attachments were a little more sturdy. After once use I could definitely use new ones. It does take some time for the water to heat up. I ended up using that time to vacuum out my car. By the time I was finished I was ready to use the steam cleaner. It took about 15 20 minutes to heat up. One full tank ALMOST did the job. I ended up having to refill the reservoir once to finish the front of my SUV. The water didnt take as long to heat up the second time around. If you have extra towels. Use them. I ended up buying a pack of 50 terrycloth towels. Id say I used 10 to clean the entire inside of my car. Including the upholstery. All in all Id say it was worth the money. I can see myself using this to do some deep cleaning inside the house, or detailing the other cars we have. Super handy, easy to use. Cord was more than gracious in length. Attachments were perfect. Especially for the tight nooks, and crannies. The unit itself is extremely light weight, easy to carry. I also love the little storage container on the front. I will most definitely be suggesting this to people looking for something easy to use to for steam cleaning.

> 24 hourIf youre planning to buy this, be sure to invest in some ear plugs or muffs. Im not at all sensitive to the noise of most yard tools like leaf blowers, lawn mowers, etc. but I need ear plugs when I use this steamer, its very loud and high pitched. Also, be sure to use the red trigger lock button for continuous steam to save your hand from quickly getting sore holding the trigger down. So far Ive used the steamer to clean my neglected master bathroom and my living room windows. I love it! It cuts my cleaning time easily in half, maybe more, with these heavily soiled and difficult to clean (window sill and shower door runners) areas. I was particularly impressed with how well it worked on my windows. I have cats and they love to spend a lot of time there, leaving behind a lot of hair and dust, and the steamer quickly blasted all of that junk from the window sill crevice. Then I used the squeegee attachment and easily got the glass crystal clear on the very first go-round. Normally Id be spraying Windex and going over the same area several times, fighting streaks with a rag or paper towels. Id definitely recommend this steamer. The only drawbacks Ive found are that the cord is a bit short and theres no way to see the water level, but neither of those things significantly impact my use of it.

> 24 hourThis is a powerful, versatile, and use friendly steamer and Im a little upset because I may return it. Heres the problem, the tank capacity is great holding 40oz of water at a time but Im using this at my detail shop and we go through an average of 20 cars a day in the summer. Once your low on water the tank must be depressurized and then you can open the reservoir to fill water. Thereafter itll take 9 min before its ready to use again. Again if your using this for a retail home setting do not shy away from this machine, its a beast. Just wish there was another way to add water to this tank. Im going to stop give it 5 stars because it has everything you need for most use cases and it does it well

> 24 hourOk Wagner, I see you! Making my cleaning woes a thing of the past! But hey, quick bit of feedback, the ridges on that handle are awful on hands! Five minutes in and I had a blister on my palm. Definitely going to try a crafty solution for it though, because, well, look at that oven! That was 30 minutes of minimal effort! Almost worth the blister tbh. This lil helper is going to make our move out clean so much easier when we leave our rental next month.

> 24 hourThis should go w/o saying: but make sure you know the material is safe to steam PRIOR to using. Obviously read your all of your manual PRIOR to using. ( My surfaces were fine) Purchased a few weeks ago. Finally used it in a couple of different ways: in bath used on tile in showers / bathtubs & sinks & floors on hardware. Worked great for all of these ..I used the smallest sprayer nozzle for all these areas ( other than the floors) While it didn’t take my grout back to its original clean —it did lift off a very good amount of surface soiling. You could definitely tell the difference. I also used on my sealed wood floors & again you could really tell they were MUCH cleaner. The ONLY con(s) would be 3 things thus far : Biggest for me was : that handle is hard on the hands & if you use it for the entire duration of a steam ? Your hand will feel it due to hard surface of the handle. I will probably use some type of glove next time I use it. Other design flaws? The short cord. Of course I used w the proper /approved extension cord & also ? You have to really eye ball when filling the tank bc you don’t have visible tank line. None of these are deal breakers to me for the price point. Overall? For the money? This steamer ( so far) is definitely worth the it! It provides a decent amount of steam and power to clean. The manual says you get about 40 min of steam I found that to be accurate. I like that I don’t have to use chemicals to clean. So far I would recommend!

> 24 hourWeve used this to remove wallpaper. Its great. The Wallpaper tool is very good. Just a few comments: 1- It says 40 ounces of water. The tank will hold more than 40 ounces, but DONT fill the tank all the way because you will get a rush of hot water out the nozzle before the steam begins and trust me - that is not what you want. 2- the cap on the water chamber is unusual. They made it so that when it is hot, you can try to unscrew it but it will only turn and turn until the cap cools off. If youre in a hurry put the unit under a ceiling fan and give it a while to cool off. You dont want to add water to the unit until the unit has cooled off a little because it will cause the first little bit of water to boil and splash out of the opening. 3- when you first start to spray steam, there will be a spray of the condensed hot water coming out of the nozzle before the steam. So I point the nozzle in a direction that can stand the water (it only takes a second or two) then when the steam comes out, you point it at what needs the steam.

> 24 hourSteam, heat and pressure was good. Heated up fairly quickly. Cleaned my floors really well as you can see from the rag. I thought my floors were clean and I was wrong. So A+ for the steam cleaning for sure! BUT the two grey brushes MELTED on the first use! The small one melted almost instantly, 5-6 swipes and it was totally smooshed. So fast in fact it left a residue on my floor before I realized it was melting. Good thing I tried my floor first and not my car!! The bigger grey brush took a few more passes but started melting also. The black ones seem to be ok for now and the other attachments are great. But that HANDLE!! OMG OUCH!! Those ridges on the handle DIG into my hand! So uncomfortable!! I could literally feel a blister forming after 15 minutes. You can see the red marks it made on my hand. Seriously, do these products not get tested before they’re sold??? I’m gonna have to tape a rag around it or something for padding because there is no way I could clean with that for a long period of time. Other than that, I’m pretty satisfied with the steamer for the purpose I bought it for. It definitely does the job. But I’m gonna contact the seller about the brushes because that’s crap. UPDATE: I did contact the seller and they are replacing my brushes. I was told that because I used the grey soft brushes on a hard surface, that is what melted them. I guess it is listed in the booklet that the Soft Nylon Brushes are “great for cleaning more delicate surfaces like leather” and they told me that I should use them on my car seats and carpet instead, no hard surfaces. They have been extremely responsive and understanding. I mean this was quick, within a day or two, even over the weekend they were responding. They are sending me out new grey nylon brushes. I will try them on fabric or soft surfaces only and see how they hold up.

> 24 hourThis is the best steamer Ive had so far. It is compact and can be kept in a cabinet, but holds 5 cups of water. I just clean all of my window blinds and am going to use it for baseboards tomorrow. It makes life so much easer!!!
