> 3 dayNice size for home cleaning use. Ive used it to clean oven, appliances, floor, and bathroom. Everything sparkles! I wish it had an in between size attachment (smaller than the large floor head), to use on tighter/smaller surface area but also includes the scrub brush.

> 3 dayLoved how it steam cleaned my sofa. But the handle with the trigger has ridges. Had to wear a glove so it wouldnt make a blister on palm of my hand.

Greater than one weekI bought this to clean an old home that we are renovating. It was neglected and then abandoned. This thing gets in every nook and cranny. Ive used it on ceilings, beautiful moldings with creases and crevices, old windows/frames and sills we are restoring, floors, plumbing, wallpaper and walls, you name it. I love this thing!! Made a big job very easy to tackle! I was debating on spending thus much, but for the time it saved me, its worth every penny!

Greater than one weekWe just received this today and I had to try it out. I bought this with the intention of wallpaper removal. Seriously why did I listen to all those people who told me the steam removal wasnt worth the time or money on the steamer? If you have wallpaper and want it gone- this will definitely help! Not only does it ease the removal process, it makes the clean-up 10x faster. Last weekend we finally decided to tackle the horrid wallpaper in our hallway. We scored all the walls, sprayed the fabric softener and went to it. To call it a mess is a tremendous understatement. Took a bit to get it loose and then we had to keep spraying the solution to loosen the paper and glue. Scrape and spray. Over and over and over. The portions we did looked like a war zone. We kept slipping on the glue / fabric softener mess. My husband and I spent about 5 hours and got a bit less than half the hallway done. An hour of that was clean up. This is what I was told was the easiest way. It most definitely was not. A co-worker mentioned using a steamer and how much easier and cleaner it was. Enter the Wagner 915 Steamer. This made a chore into a breeze. Well its still pealing wallpaper, but you get the idea. I read the manual, put the water in with the included funnel, turned it on and waited till the red light went off. Placed the wall plate against the wall and held it in place for 20 seconds. Moved it and started getting an edge up. Once I had the edge up it was steam and peal. Spent about an hour, till the Wagner 915 ran out of steam, and got a good sized bit done by myself. There was less destruction the the wall beneath, much less effort, and so much less mess. I added about 48 oz of water to the unit and waited 20 minutes to begin. The hose is long and easy to maneuver, the wheels make it easy to navigate the main unit. The power cord is short, maybe 3 feet long, so I used an extension cord. I do not have tons of upper body strength and had no issues with an extender holding the steam plate in place. Our home is small, the hallway is actually the shape of the letter F. The kids couldnt go to the bathroom without being carried by my husband last weekend, now with the baby its not a problem. I know that may not seem like it would be a big issue but alas it was. Ive included pictures, The first is at the beginning of the session. The next image is the corner where we stopped last weekend (look at all the spackle!) and the wall I did tonight. The final image is when I was done- all I had done was throw the paper into a trash bag, no mopping at that point. I am not covered in slime, my home doesnt reek of chemicals, and my family wasnt displaced by the project. Definitely worth the money. I have no used it for cleaning yet, but will update when I do.

Greater than one weekI bought this to replace my McCullough steamer for my detailing business. I like the Wagner better than the McCullough but it had a weakness - the straight attachment tip keeps breaking when using the brush attachment. That being said their customer service is second to none. Every time Ive contacted them they promptly sent me a replacement. While it is frustrating that it keeps breaking they know about the problem and stand behind their product!

> 3 dayWorks well, does the job as advertised. The cord isn’t long, I suggest using an extension cord. When you first start it after the orange light turns off, users should know that a stream of hot water drips out before the steam, so beware. Good product, glad I bought it. Removed old stains from a mattress in one go!

> 3 dayI really like this appliance. It makes quick work of sanitizing, and depending on cleaning activity, helps a great deal, especially if grease is involved (grill, kitchen vent hood, etc), to hit it with steam first. If you steam iron a dirty shirt, it may take out the wrinkles and odor, but its still dirty. So running steam with this appliance over a kitchen surface will NOT make it clean, BUT will sanitize the surface and soften hard, dried organics on the counter top to help make removal easier, but alone, this appliance does NOT clean in the traditional sense ..but it wasnt designed for that purpose either....it would need a vacuum or pick-up capability built-in to achieve. If the above is understood, then there are a lot of tasks where this comes in handy. Yes, traditional steam treatment of most surfaces already makes this appliance useful for almost everyone, but I found a few other great uses. 1. This thing kills bugs using the steam nozzle. I used to need to fumigate our couch when a flea or two was brought in by our pet, now I can steam kill them...the key? Long steam exposure...a quick shot of steam will not suffice....but even after literally 1 whole minute, which is all it takes, but is hard to do in reality - it really is a long time, is just water droplets that evaporates quickly. No chemicals and no oders...just need 40 fl-oz of distilled water...something that never expires 2. Car Engine degreaser...and with the extenders, you can get to places in the engine bay that an areasol can cant reach. I wouldnt recommend using this in your interior, unless you have absolutely no electronics or seat motor exposure...but even, an abundance of caution is still in order. ....youll find more for yourself.... Remember, this uses water, so if the surface being exposed cannot handle water, find another means to clean it. Also, technique is key to results...and if you find that this is not doing the job, maybe rethink the technique, where technique may include adjusting exposure time and/or the appliance tip being used. Enjoy being clean.

21-11-2024Previous wagner finally fell apart after years of heavy use: 3male pekes, 1 male chihuahua. Was pleasantly surprised at how compact it is and heating time has been reduced since my original purchase years ago. Like storage for the gadgets. Kinda bummed that my extras from my original arent compatible with the new one but, que será

> 3 dayI ordered this because a tenant left the house with A LOT of roach feces and dirty, grimy, icky filth all over the house. DISGUSTING! Roach feces are oily, so in order to clean it from anything you have to use really hot water. I was tired of scrubbing and burning my hands using extremely hot water. So I bought this machine. Was in a hurry to use it and was about to send it back for the more expensive commercial steamer until I went home and found the instructions. Yea, helpful to read those first. The next day I used the nylon brushes to clean grout lines. The machine was used the entire day. I do not believe it continues for 40 minutes, seemed a lot shorter, but it took about 3 days to complete this 1300 sq ft house (it was extremely filthy). I had to switch to the wire brush for highly trafficked areas which made a huge difference. It cleaned the grime from the showers and I didn’t have to touch it to scrub (thank goodness). It also removed spilled paint from the tile. I give it 4 1/2 stars due to having to stop and wait for it to cool down before filling and waiting for it to heat back up. Perhaps it wasn’t meant to be used as an entire house clean, and the reason I didn’t doc it a full star. The machine kept going with no problem. Just the wait time of cooling off and heating back up was aggravating and not being able to complete an entire floor before another refill. I do recommend this for smaller jobs. I was very pleased with how the grout lines came clean and as hot as it gets, probably sterilized too.
