> 3 dayWith out having one, I had high expectations of the power steam of this machine.. Ive had it for a few days now, I must say it is good! And it really HELPS a lot with the hard to do cleaning (shower, stove, oven) But, as everything (I guess) you still have to do a lot of prep and elbow grease.. The shower for example, I noticed that I still had to spray a quemical, otherwise by the steam alone doesnt really work as desired. The Oven (it was really BAD), I had to let it soak with easy-off for an hour, but once I used the steam my only worry was to pick it up from the floor where it all ended.. I have not yet done a second round, where I am guessing (maintenance) would be a lot easier. I pointed the steam to my oven thermometer and it doesnt really come to the temperature the manual says it does, but it works. Because the steam comes out with pressure, it does help by blowing (pushing) all the dirt, scum, away and loosens it up.. but.. You still have all that goo elsewhere, is not like it picks it up.. So when I did my windows they looked great, but my wall underneath had to have a treatment after that as well.. All the dirt came running down the wall. The brushes are really good, but they are really just to lightly brush and help the steam, not really to scrub with them, as they get really damaged under the steam if you apply to much pressure while using them, making them almost obsolete after one heavey use. I will replace them, but my advice is to use them to lightly brush while steaming. Over all it is great to have it, windows and mirrors come out really good and with out any lines after it dries. (thats a plus). (I wish I could clean my TVs and PC monitor with them LOL, DONT DO IT) My oven is now shiny clean, and I do hope that by using the steamer after I bake it would keep it nice and clean. I cleaned the cover of my couch with it and it is GREAT, but again, you have to be carefull as to where all the dirty water goes, or the dirt will just set on another spot. Truly if someone else is helping you to absorve with a towel all the running water that leaves behind is a lot better and easy.. It is hard to clean and stop to wipe.. I have not use it for anything else, but so far it works good. Good luck to all.

> 3 dayAfter reading a bunch of reviews I decided to buy this steam cleaner after my small one randomly stopped working. Some of the reviews said it makes a loud nose, mine has not done that. I did buy a large jug of distilled water to use in it like the directions say. It produces lots of extremely hot steam!! Very easy to put together and take apart. Cord length has been just fine for me, I’ve even steamed my carpets with no issues. Would definitely buy again!

> 3 dayThe product works great; I’ve used it on my bathtub, floors, cabinets and door seals. But the handle! It completely needs to be re-designed. It grabs into the flesh between your thumb and your fingers and it makes that area very sore. I’ve only used it for maybe 10 minutes at a time. I’ve had to wrap the handle with a piece of cloth to make it usable.. Other than this I’m very happy with the steamer.

Greater than one weekAfter a decade of living with a big Lab and little children, my light colored sanded grout was awful. I have tried everything - commercial grout cleaning products, all the home recipes, brushes on my drill, you name it. Nothing cleaned it well. I’ve only done about 20 sf so far. It’s going to be a slow, tedious job but I will do it then seal it well. Local floor companies charge from $1/sf to “they-don’t-want-to-do-it” prices. Here are my takeaways: It runs about 30 minutes before needing to be refilled, and it takes about 10 minutes to reheat. It does require some manual pressure to clean very dirty grout so a little break is ok. If possible, have another person to wipe or wet vac the water as you go. There is considerable water from going back and forth on the grout lines so have a lot of old clean towels nearby. ⭐️Move from clean to dirty area so you’re pushing dirty water away from what you’ve cleaned⭐️ I put a towel under my shoes to keep it clean. Brass brush helps but it bends very quickly! The grout was too dirty for plastic bristles this time around. Finally here’s the trick: I pre-treated with Dawn Powerwash spray while the steamer was heating up. I sprayed an area as large as I could work in 30 minute. Look at that sparkling grout! Many reviewers commented on lack of storage for all the parts and the machine. I use the Ziploc Big Bags also sold on Amazon. All-in-all, a good little machine. I think I will be using it for other household jobs (bathtubs, spa tub jets, exterior windows) once I finish the big grout job.

> 3 dayThe steam cleaner itself is great, but the attachments are junk. I have had multiple pieces break and melt and the company is not generous in fixing the problem. I am no longer able to use the cleaner because of broken pieces and I’ve only had it a year.

> 3 dayFirst -- I ordered this as a previous;y opened box that was supposedly unused -- The box had seen its better days and was more tape than box. There was some water in the unit and it was missing the funnel that was supposed to be included. Not a huge deal but not a great start. Second -- All the attachments (except the funnel) seemed to be there so I did a trial run, filling it up, heating it up and tried it on a shower wall that had some soap scum build up. Not a ton but a little haze on ceramic tile. It did pretty well using a more direct pinpoint type nozzle cleaning the grout far from amazing or perfect but with another try and some added cleaner it might do OK -- the tile on the other hand was relatively unfazed using a couple of different attachments. The haze remains but again with another try and some added product maybe there is a chance. Third -- I tried it on our kitchen floor ... Used it as a pre-clean before using our flooring and carpet cleaner and it seemed to work well loosening things up but it does add a time consuming extra step but the results are better than using the scrubbing floor/carpet cleaner unit. In the end -- knowing what I know now I would probably have passed... but Ill keep it for doing the floors as an annual deep clean and maybe some stubborn outdoors projects like the grills and maybe even some windows with the squeegee attachment.
