I really like this appliance. It makes quick work of sanitizing, and depending on cleaning activity, helps a great deal, especially if grease is involved (grill, kitchen vent hood, etc), to hit it with steam first. If you steam iron a dirty shirt, it may take out the wrinkles and odor, but its still dirty. So running steam with this appliance over a kitchen surface will NOT make it clean, BUT will sanitize the surface and soften hard, dried organics on the counter top to help make removal easier, but alone, this appliance does NOT clean in the traditional sense ..but it wasnt designed for that purpose either....it would need a vacuum or pick-up capability built-in to achieve. If the above is understood, then there are a lot of tasks where this comes in handy. Yes, traditional steam treatment of most surfaces already makes this appliance useful for almost everyone, but I found a few other great uses. 1. This thing kills bugs using the steam nozzle. I used to need to fumigate our couch when a flea or two was brought in by our pet, now I can steam kill them...the key? Long steam exposure...a quick shot of steam will not suffice....but even after literally 1 whole minute, which is all it takes, but is hard to do in reality - it really is a long time, is just water droplets that evaporates quickly. No chemicals and no oders...just need 40 fl-oz of distilled water...something that never expires 2. Car Engine degreaser...and with the extenders, you can get to places in the engine bay that an areasol can cant reach. I wouldnt recommend using this in your interior, unless you have absolutely no electronics or seat motor exposure...but even, an abundance of caution is still in order. ....youll find more for yourself.... Remember, this uses water, so if the surface being exposed cannot handle water, find another means to clean it. Also, technique is key to results...and if you find that this is not doing the job, maybe rethink the technique, where technique may include adjusting exposure time and/or the appliance tip being used. Enjoy being clean.

Recently, I invested in the Steam Wagner spray tech from Amazon and am truly amazed with its cleaning power. This steam cleaner has revolutionized how I keep my home free from bacteria and germs. The slim design of the mop makes it effortless to maneuver around furniture and other hard-to-reach places. Its powerful yet gentle steam output can be used on a variety of surfaces such as hardwood floors, tile, carpet - plus its included attachments make cleaning grout or other tight spaces a breeze. What I appreciate most about this steam cleaner is that it does not require harsh chemicals, making it an eco-friendly option. The water tank heats up quickly and produces enough steam to clean multiple rooms without refilling again. Overall, I highly recommend the Wagner spray tech to anyone searching for an efficient and eco-friendly way to clean their home. Its well worth the investment; your floors and surfaces will look and feel refreshed after using it.

To preface this review I want everyone to know I have a slight bias: My first steamer was a Scuncii Steamer. The absolute best hand held steamer ever created until it stopped working. In 2003 or 2004 I bought my first hand held steamer and it was so amazing. I had to replace it 3 times but to me I still got my money’s worth. Since my last Scuncii (2019)died I started shopping for replacement. I really liked the simple hand held steamer with enough water capacity to easily clean full kitchen (incl appliances inside and out) with only a single refill(2] fillings. I had bought a replacement that I thought could use all the same attachments but when I got it it had the tiniest water tank; four refils to do 200 sq ft baseboards. I gave that steamer to my sister with a tiny home and wished her well. Then I purchased the Wagner because of it’s paint sprayer reputation Wagner has already established and because the large Wallpaper Remover Steam plate. We may not do a lot of wallpaper removal jobs but the ones we get are miserable and ultimately require steamer rental. At first I was overwhelmed by the large size but I read the manual end to end and decided to take it on my next job. House cleaning on a remodel job where cleaning the kitchen appliances was part of the job. The fridge freezer was typical of most people. Not gross but definitely used with multiple leaked items left long sticky trails of choc syrup and strawberry syrup down the insides of the unit and some unknown meat had defrosted at some time or another leaving it’s nastiness frozen in a pooL at the very bottom of the freezer. There was also a stovetop with built up grease in layers. I can say the Wagner with just its spray nozzle made easy work of all the mess. I did not have to refill it at all. The long hose gave me lots of maneuverability. The power cord Is way too short and no matter the job you will need to have an extension cord. You have to make sure to allow complete heating of the water otherwise it sprays too much water. It will do the same with the window tool. Makes it difficult to use that tool. Ultimately it’s a large capacity steamer good for home clean up and larger jobs like full house paint prep or kitchen appliance clean up. It’s not my Scuncii Steamer but it is a whole lot more in a bigger package. Very good price. I recommend.

The steam cleaner itself is great, but the attachments are junk. I have had multiple pieces break and melt and the company is not generous in fixing the problem. I am no longer able to use the cleaner because of broken pieces and I’ve only had it a year.

    Greater than one week

Ive had this for a little over a week. So far I love it. Im talking about having a steam cleaner in general, not this product in particular. Ive gotten things a lot cleaner than I could before with just cleaner and a rag. A rag just spreads the dirt around. Not to mention all the water that is required with the constant rinsing. This isnt a miracle worker, there is still time and wiping involved. It really loosens things up and generally doesnt require scrubbing, just a wipe down of the surface. I love that it gets into all the cracks, crevices, and seams that I could not get too before. Ive used it on my oven door and broiler pans with the hard brush head attachment. It takes a lot of work but compared to using cleaners/baking soda/hot water it seems to be more effective and the scrubber head does the elbow work. I havent gotten them completely done though. I think maybe a combination of cleaners and the steamer would be best for that purpose. I still have a lot I want to use it on. It doesnt remove set in stains, you will need help with things like that. I dont have any carpeting so cannot comment on that. It does work on walls. You need to be cautious on painted surfaces an appliance enamels. Light steam is best for those so you dont remove the paint. Flat paint is more difficult to clean, but on semi-gloss and satin it works pretty well. Ive been able to clean things that are high up. You do need to watch for dripping water when reaching overhead. Ive also used it to loosen adhesives and gummy items. You will still need to scrape them up but they come up easily after steaming. Another big benefit is that it sanitizes. Im using it to sanitize toys for our church nursery. It says not to use it on hardwood floors because it might warp the wood, but I have used it cautiously on some spots and it did all right. I just used it briefly and kept water wiped up. I really regret not getting a steam cleaner years ago. It would have made move out cleaning of base housing and apartments so much easier. Ive been using it almost every day. I plan on using it in the kitchen at least twice a week and in the bathrooms once a week. Ive been using it for heavy cleaning and general daily/weekly household chores. For this product in particular: I love the long hose and the two extensions. I have a very high ceiling and I have not been able to clean it or the upper wall areas yet. I bought it for this purpose. (I still have to get to that). With the wands and long hose I should be able to reach the high corners just by standing on my step stool. (Im afraid of heights so dont get on ladders) My original purpose in buying this is that it would loosen the grime so that I could wipe it off with a mop head or Swiffer. I dont think that will be a problem. The cord is really short. That makes it difficult for the lower level of my home where there are sections with no outlets. I also wish the cord was retractable or had something on the unit to wrap it around. The hose is really long, which I like, but when storing I dont quite know what to do with it. The hinges on the cover already broke. The cover kept coming off. Ill need to take a pic I think to illustrate. I dont really mind because it saves opening and closing it to get to the water tank and brush heads. I think the cover is mostly for aesthetic purposes. That might bother some people, though. I think Wagner needs to look at a solution to that. It only comes with one cloth for the large scrubber head. I need more but dont know where to get them or which ones are compatible. Ive seen generic ones I just need to measure to see what size to get.

I ordered this because a tenant left the house with A LOT of roach feces and dirty, grimy, icky filth all over the house. DISGUSTING! Roach feces are oily, so in order to clean it from anything you have to use really hot water. I was tired of scrubbing and burning my hands using extremely hot water. So I bought this machine. Was in a hurry to use it and was about to send it back for the more expensive commercial steamer until I went home and found the instructions. Yea, helpful to read those first. The next day I used the nylon brushes to clean grout lines. The machine was used the entire day. I do not believe it continues for 40 minutes, seemed a lot shorter, but it took about 3 days to complete this 1300 sq ft house (it was extremely filthy). I had to switch to the wire brush for highly trafficked areas which made a huge difference. It cleaned the grime from the showers and I didn’t have to touch it to scrub (thank goodness). It also removed spilled paint from the tile. I give it 4 1/2 stars due to having to stop and wait for it to cool down before filling and waiting for it to heat back up. Perhaps it wasn’t meant to be used as an entire house clean, and the reason I didn’t doc it a full star. The machine kept going with no problem. Just the wait time of cooling off and heating back up was aggravating and not being able to complete an entire floor before another refill. I do recommend this for smaller jobs. I was very pleased with how the grout lines came clean and as hot as it gets, probably sterilized too.

I just bought this a day ago and Ive been going HAM. My floors feel so clean- much better than just using a Swiffer wet jet. Pictured is the before and after of the bathroom- grout was really hard to get gunk off but it still looks better than before! That said, the handle if this steamer is the worst. You can see how raw my hand is getting and it hasnt even been that long- it feels like its burnt but its just the grooves of the handle and the positioning of it. Itd be perfect if there was a cushy handle or if it was even just angled a little better. I do with it came with more fabric pads but at least it has clips to use your own.

Works great on interior plastic as well as the cloth seats. It even got a stain out that’s been there for the past 2 years. My new favorite tool.
